50–65cm Dolls Box Opening of Dream Valley Vanora

Since a decent sum of money I was owed dropped into my lap, I finally decided to bite the bullet and order the in stock DV Vanora in light tan at DDE. I'd only been wanting her since she was released in October of 2023, but her price was out of my means at the time.
Since I bought her during the black friday event, I could choose a past event doll from DV for free. I chose Tea.

But anyway, let's get to some pictures!


First up the box, being inspected by me cat Jhana


Jhana couldn't even wait for me to get the company box out of the shipping one...


Freed the box!


First look, shows the CoAs for Vanora, and for the little Tea


Removed the top layer, and got a better look at the contents.


I forgot she came with a small bust piece as an event extra.


I unpacked Tea first, what a bizarre little cutie...


First look at the head! Very lovely, she even has little teeth


Her ears are utterly gorgeous

Body is free!
Now here is where things went wrong...

First, a good half of all her magnets came loose and needed to be re-glued due to the cold and freezing temperatures in shipping. Then her torso stabilizer came loose, so I had to take her apart to reglue that as well. After that she fought me bitterly on being wired and restrung, that it probably took me 1.5 hours to just do that.
No matter, she is in once piece at last and she is rock solid!


One last picture of her in her chosen outfit, wig may be temporary as I ordered her some other colors as well. Overall I am very happy with her and I look forward to painting her!

Thank you so much! I got the same style wig for her in other colors to test, one in dark purple, and another in a pink/purple/light blue mix, but I have a feeling she's gonna stick to pale colors. I am hoping to paint her soon, just gonna go with the flow I think for that, but definitely fantasy
