Wearables Boldly Going...

Let me start off saying I have not made a project journal here before so if this is a disorganized mess sorry.

I have a handful of dolls in varying stages of completion, and I feel project journals might help me stay on track a bit with some of them. So as a test of that, here we are starting with one for my newest boy.

I'll start out with some basic info on who he is as a character and what I want to do for him.

Meet Lieutenant (junior grade) Ryvik Harper my half-vulcan star trek O.C.

Rivik is a Little Rebel Kaylar on the DF-H slimmer 68cm body.

Ryvik is a conn officer (which is a helmsmen/pilot), so he needs to be in command red. He is a half human half vulcan hybrid, however he fully embraces his emotions. I actually have a character sheet for him for the Star Trak Adventures RPG though have yet to RP him in that.

My little emo half vulcan's doll form needs a little bit of work. I want to enhance his face up, make him his main uniform, and paint his 3D printed props. As extras for fun if up to it I might make him some more variant uniforms like the gender neutral skant, or a dress uniform. Also I'd like to make him something for out of uniform and maybe something for a holodeck program.

I did make him a DS9 style desert uniform, well I made the robe for it. (I didn't make the undershirt or pants.)



The To-Do List:

Faceup enhancements:
Add some shading to his brows so they look less thinly spaced in pix.
Fix two light spots in his eyeliner.
Add a little bit of teal eyeshadow.
Fix anything else I find off when I tackle his face up enhancements.

Main Uniform:
Sew his Lower Decks style uniform jacket.
Find or sew him nice black slacks.
He has a gray undershirt so that step is done. X
Find him black boots.

Finish 3D printed Props:
Com-badge, needs glued to a magnet and sealed, and maybe another coat of mirrored paint.
Type-2 Phaser, needs painted and sealed
Tricorder, needs painted and sealed.

Bonus maybe outfits and uniforms to sew or piece together:
Casual outfit for off duty. (I'd like to mix Vulcan styles and earth styles seen in the various shows)
Holodeck outfit. (I'm thinking something from a random earth time period like a pirate costume.)
Dress Uniform. (Either the long uniform style or or the white jacket style.)
Skant (the short mini dress looking thing worn by both men and woman in Next Gen.)


Ok so that should do it, I have started a thing. It will be slow going and updates will be random as I've got ADHD, but making this should help me at least keep track of things.
