I sort of went through my mom's extra button bin and found some old silver flower buttons for decoration, and although I couldn't find snaps, I did find a hook/bar type thing (no idea what it's technically called). But it's like the fastener used on dress pants so you can't see the buttons, if that makes sense. The dress is about done

The shoes are ruby red galleria girl in motion shoes - I have the same pair and a few more for my March. They are a great fit.

 

Thanks so much! dolls&tea is right, they're ruby red galleria shoes. My only issue with them is the heels, my girl always takes a dive if I leave her standing in them for too long! They're the only shoes I have for her, luckily they matched the outfit

Thanks guys I don't have a BBB\ RS human doll of this size yet. But it's good to know what fits But big chance is that I'll end up with one sometime in the future. BBB and RS dolls are so much fun

Right now my plans is to get a BBB Pixie and Elfkin girl. But I'm just wondering do BBB Isabella have human or elf ears?

Ok thanks. Kinda wish BBB had an elf version of her as well. She could have been the cutest little fairy And I think she could have looked great together with my gray skin JID Joshua Shinigami and my future Sugarble Naga girl.

But I guess March could work to. I could go for the mischievous Pixie type.

 

You could always try modding her to have elf ears. I can't remember where, but I've seen some good tutorials for elf ear mods.

 

I don't really do mods. But I guess I could always have someone do it for me.

But I have been thinking about it and I'll go for a March instead. I've seen some real cool owner pictures and I'm starting to like her more. And I really love her ears!

I was not really supposed to order a 27cm PETITE sized BBB doll yet. But one thing led to another. Once I started on planning my Faery and Underworld family I got many ideas including a Pixie and a Naga

New in this thread. It began with my room mate ordered a light tan Isabella in preperation for my birthday. She ordered in late May. After reading every page for the 27 cm, I understand that at present there's no way of knowing when Isabella will arrive...
But after reading all those posts and seen all those pictures, I couldn't wait anymore, and ordered a ns Ni and a tiny Elfin from JS. I just need these tinies home now to keep my Aruna company So now, I'm waiting for Isabella, Ni and Elfkin. The two from JS is already shipped. This waiting is killing me, lol. I'm looking forward to getting these girls as I have tones of clothes and stuff that most probably will fit. So looking forward to trying everything I have on these cuties.

 

Congratulations on your dolls, I how they arrive soon. I'm sure you will live them. I really like that it's easy to find clothes for them. I've even found cute outfits at the 1yen shop.

Thank you, dolls&tea and Ballet! went to a toy store today to scout for more stuff. Barbie stuff prices is insane here. A fashion pack with three outfits cost $40. That's crazy. But they had a lot of cute stuff for another Barbie sized doll, Steffi, so I'm very tempted to get even more stuff, lol. Cute resin girls can never have too much stuff, hehe.

 

I agree with you! I think it's so expensive for Barbie clothing, but like you said, you can find some cute stuff. I'm trying to be good and sew more >.> hmmm lol gotta practice more.

problem with some of the barbie stuff now is that they are for the "model" dolls that are intended for adults and the clothes are "designer" barbie clothes. I ran into the same problem a while back, mostly because my 1/6th girl is much more steam punk than barbie offers.

BTW ballet, that bag is SO cute.

 

Ni (and Elfkin) arrived yesterday, and boy are they cute! I once bought a huge lot off ebay with a mix of Bratz, Barbie and other non- brand Barbie size clothes, and I'm trying them on now. I'm amazed by how many clothes Ni fits!! It so much fun! Ni doesn't have her right hair or eyes yet, but I found something she can wear until those arrives. And I will probably enhance her factory faceup a little. A little more blushing, and more color and gloss on her lips, more accentuated eyes and eyelashes. She looks like this now:
she's a real cutie!

 

Aaaw! I agree, a total cutie! You should do a fashion show and share what she looks like in the different clothing.

 

Yes, I would love to do that. Must wait until the fall as I'm going on holiday soon. Sounds like a fun thing to do. I'm surprised at what she actually fits. The red top in the picture is from a High School Musical set. She also fits Hannah Montana stuff. Some Blythe. A lot of "fake" Barbie stuff. And a lot of things I don't know the maker of. If it doesn't exist already we could make a thread about what fits the different 1/6 RS and BBB girls. And maybe someone recognize some of the clothes I don't know the maker of. I guess those of you who lives in the US will recognize more.
Whenever BBB manage to ship my Isabella, I will try on her also. And if someone wonder, the wig in the picture is a Luts 5-6 inch. And the eyes a glittery gold glass eyes in 12 mm from evil bay. I would like for her to have 14 mm for her real eyes. I think these are a tad too small.

 

Love your Ni she's adorable, can't wait to see your Isabella.

Vala is so cute. I like her pose, hehe. If any of you know if there's a "what fits" thread for our girls and boys, would you mind point me to it? If there isn't one, I'll just start one. Good to have all this in one place. I actually read through all the 4 threads + this one and it certainly took a lot of time to put together all the info and tips.
I figure I can as well start now. The weather is going to he extreme the next few days, so I must entertain myself with something inside, lol.

There is actually not a what fits thread for these guys...I think there should be one though. It's hard to remember and hunt down all that crud!

 

Where is the right place to create it? Is here best or in picture requests? I've seen similar threads in picture request for other dolls. And I'm thinking there's probably not going to be only one picture in each post either, lol.

 

XD I think here in the same size forum is a good plan. In the MSD section we got a "What fits" thread so why not?

Isabella FINALLY arrived today. A big surprise as BBB never mailed a shipping note. She's so cute, and I think she loves that she had a friend in Ni here already. But I thought it was strange that she was just rolled in a yellow silky mattress. She wasn't even in one of those sleeping bags. She came with a hopeless wig. She doesn't have her eyes or hair yet, but she wears temporary ones. I like her a lot, she's adorable.

Congrats on your Isabella, o.o weird though about how she was shipped. At least she was in the box...I heard someone once ordered from DDE and their Bei was taped to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box.

 

Does anyone know what size eyes Isabella wears? I'm looking at mine and I can't figure it out. I also can't find a place that says what size they are online and Bobobie seems to be down. Also, does she have any size leeway? Liked an she to bigger or smaller?

 

I THINK my Isabella has 12mm??? My Freya wears 10mm & my MSD's can wear 14-16mm. So, I'm pretty sure they're 12mm. Although, I think she CAN wear 14mm.

Thank you so much EVERYONE! My friend, peperonipizza (on DOA) made the dress for me! All I contributed was the pattern! Which, actually, is an Alice!!! My five year old daughter has more sewing skill than I do! XD So, I could have never created something so beautiful on my own!
Here is my little Yukio with her new wig! It arrived today (along with a new shirt for Sakuhen *to be featured once she gets some headphones+) I think Yuki looks much better as a redhead! It brings out the orange in her faceup (Done by the Super Talented LilahCicatrix Aesthetics! Sakuhen's was done by ChiNoTenshi.)

XD Check around, now that Christmas is coming better camera's will come up, I just use a simple OLYMPUS camera.

 

Ugh... Maybe I will check the Pawn Shops by my house. I bet I could find something there. I'm curious to know what my old camera is worth. I have a Cannon Rebel 2000 (film.) It was purchased about a year before digital got popular. I need, NEED to photograph my girls!
