*What did you order? I have ordered several dolls from Bo: Ambriel, Addie, Bella and Sophia.
* When did you order? Ambriel was from 2011 and Addie, Bella & Sophia were from 2012.
* How was the communication? Communication far exceeded my expectations as Bo answered every one of my questions, which were many, and always within 24 hours.
* How easy was it to pay? Paying was really easy, as she offerred several lay-away options, which was really helpful.
* How long did it take to ship? Shipping was within 6 months, as was earlier than Bo had stated in her pre-order (this is rare to delivery early or on-time).
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? All dolls arrived in perfect condition. They came in a satin bag and bubble wrapped and packed in peanuts. Everything was flawless.
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? I have had no problems.
* Would you order from this company again? I have since pre-ordered 3 more dolls from her 2013 line, so yes, I already have ordered from her again.

 

* What did you order? I ordered five dolls from Bo: 2 Ambriels, Sophia, Bree and Addie
* When did you order? All in 2012
* How was the communication? Fantastic, the best I have ever had with any doll companies!! Bo is very friendly and easy to talk to (and it's pure delight to talk to her!), she always listens to what my needs are and I receive a perfect doll as a result.
* How easy was it to pay? Very easy and straightforward, by PayPal
* How long did it take to ship? Depending on the dolls. The ones that she had in stock were delivered within a month, the ones on pre-order - withing 4 months (earlier than expected!!).
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No. Everything was perfect.
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? There were absolutely NO problems!
* Would you order from this company again? Definitely.

How long did it take to ship? Emmie was a blank preorder and took 4 months

* How was the communication? Very pleasant.
* How easy was it to pay? Quite easy.
* How long did it take to ship? Shipping to Moscow, Russia always takes rather long but Bo Bergemann was most helpful and communicative.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No, nothing was missing or broken and there was a little present from Bo Bergemann.
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? No problems.
* Would you order from this company again? Yes, I'm waiting for one more doll now.
