What did you order? I've ordered from them twice. The first time was 2 pairs of Masterpiece eyes and the 2nd time was 3 pairs of Masterpiece eyes. I didn't contact them about anything, however they were great in sending mailing dates and sent an invoice with the package. How easy was it to pay?
