BJDivas MIA in order from 2021

I’m waiting on a Miracle Doll from June of 2021 with them, too. I was told it was supposed to be in the last shipment but when it got there MD forgot to include it
I was a month ish ago MD refused to refund and would ship direct to me “asap” but still waiting, too

 

I tried to place a layaway order for a miracle doll body from bjdivas back in December, they told me they weren't taking any miracle doll orders at this time.

They never responded to me when I asked if they were going to stop being a dealer of miracle doll.

 

I'm glad this thread popped up. I was actually looking at getting a Miracle Doll body for a possible hybrid. I'm a Dollshe refugee so I've experienced long wait times, but if I'd be potentially trading one long wait time for another, I think I'll pass

 

I’ve heard Divas is having a lot of problems right now with their orders. I’ve never personally ordered from them but I have several friends who have waited 19 months without answers and nine on parts. I’m so sorry this happened to you and hope it gets straightened out soon.

 

I've heard something similar, especially recently.

 

Honestly, ask for a refund unless you're ok waiting longer on your doll, and hope they reply. That's really an unacceptable wait time. I just waited 9 months for something that was arriving in 3-4 months from all other dealers and when I asked why it was taking so long, they said because the company ships in batches and shipping is taking 1-4 months from China, but also offered me a full refund and I accepted, as there was no estimate to the end of my wait time.

 

Was looking for a thread talking abt this dealer! I have two layaways that I've completed with them last month, but I received a PayPal request for one of the already completed one? I have heard that sometimes the system sends request even after completion. Either way I sent an email a good week ago and still haven't received anything but Bjdivas somehow had time to send me a shipping payment request in that time :/
I'm honestly really not impressed with them as a dealer, the wait and response time is so slow. I do know they have a small team but so do other dealers yet they manage to have very quick reply times... I only used them because my usually preferred dealer (acbjd) didn't have the dolls I wanted available, but I think I will avoid them in the future...

 

I've been having a lot of communication problems with Divas as well. It took a few months for them to answer my Miracle Doll inquiry... they said the shipment that includes my order is "working on being dispatched" and will arrive in 1-4 months. I know there's nothing I can do regarding this. Here's hoping the order arrives sooner rather than later.

 

I think the shipping invoices come automatically somehow? I also got mine immediately after confirming my address but all other communication always took a week or so
