Payment BJDivas Layaway Question

Oh, I've had that issue before! It's because the invoices are set up to be sent out automatically and they weren't cancelled properly. I did the same thing you did, emailed them, and they told me everything was fine. I don't think it will be an issue for you.

This is a side question, but how long does it take for them to respond and accept layaway pre-orders? I put one in for one that ends soon and idk if it will still go through or be canceled.

 

I’m pretty sure of you message them before the end date and they haven’t got to your email yet, they honour the order? It should go through! I know they do not answer any emails on the weekends or sometimes if you catch them late on a Friday I notice it might be Monday when they get to you but regardless I’m quite sure I’ve read as long as your message was sent before the pre-order end date you should be able to do your layaway!

 

They operate M-F, so you'll probably hear back tomorrow. They posted on their facebook page recently that as long as people have contacted them during the time an event is running, they will qualify for the event.

It did take a couple of days to receive the invoice for the layaway I have with them, even with it being confirmed during their usual days.

 

Woot! Just got and paid for my first invoice with them. And yall were right about things still being good after the deadline. Should have my new friend by this time next year.
