Wait Times BJDivas in-stock waiting times

I've never ordered in-stock from them, but I've had orders that came in from companies and didn't ship to me for a couple weeks or more. Which isn't great, but it is what it is. I find that their communication times vary; sometimes they'll get back to me within the hour, and sometimes it takes days.

Basically, the sudden delay isn't unusual for them. I wouldn't worry that something is wrong, just know that it could take a while.

 

I haven’t bought anything from their in stock items but it doesn’t seem too out of place. I follow them on Facebook and they occasionally post updates there. Recently they were looking to recruit another person to keep up with enquiry demands, so they could be currently short staffed. I would give them a little bit more time then perhaps send another email but I wouldn’t be too worried. Hope it goes quickly for you.

 

I ordered an in stock doll back on December and it took a month to ship. I assume the delay was because of Christmas and New Years though.

 

It took a week or two for me to get a shipping invoice and that was a few months ago. I think they're swamped, honestly.

 

I ordered an in-stock doll from them last year. It took about a week for me to get a shipping invoice. But once I paid that off he was on his way.

On the other hand, I did pre-order a few different things from them as well. The blind boxes took a long time to arrive, it seems. And the body I ordered hasn't shown up at their warehouse yet, it seems. It's bit over a year now, I'm still waiting.

 

I just got a doll from them today that I ordered instock on the 19th of last month. It took about a weekish to get a shipping notices and then forever for UPS to pick it up and get it to me once I had a tracking number. That said from speed of email replies about another order I have with them and watching their FB page I think they're pretty swamped right now.

Oh my Well I guess that’s still sooner than a pre-order usually is. I told myself she would be a Christmas gift anyways lol Mostly cuz I have so many projects to finish before I can even think about starting her faceup and clothes.
