Ordering Bimong orders

Hello all,
I really like Bimong dolls and hope to purchase one in the future.
On their website it says to DM them a filled out order form
My initial thought was you could DM them whenever you want about which ever doll but then i followed them on insta and saw a couple posts about specific dolls for sale.
So, can you only order a specific doll type in each designated time? Like we have to wait for the doll we want to run. Or can we always ask?
Also do they do pre orders or only sell already done dolls?
