Anthro Bilbo's Big Day Out (cocotribe)

Bilbo and I got out for some very basic local sight seeing of the somewhat seasonal and non-beach variety I hope you will find his adventure charming.

Then we uh... Went to the mall because honestly it was just a going out for our mental health day and Bilbo was there too. But I secretly always think about mall photography, so here it is!

There is a lovely and sincere Dia de los Muertos display currently (not pictured) and the fountain here is decorated for it as well with these many strings of artificial flowers.

He was pretty interested in this pink dress and wondered if maybe I would make it for him for Christmas...

And of course we looked at Hottopic, as one does. But I don't think they had any t-shirts in his size.

I hope I make it too because he needs a whole wardrobe. I always like that dark hot pink color and one day I will finally buy some fabric like that, I know it!

 

Thank you so much @animemom always happy to try to share some joy. I definitely relate, a lot. My "old life" has not resumed at all, there are so many things I feel I can't and won't do, many of which I really enjoyed and it's not even a grounded avoidance... The whole covid era has sent my back into my agoraphobia and everything is hard. But our local mall is pretty empty all year until the holiday season really. I still wear an n-95, so it's as safe for me as anything and I can bear it.

Hottopic is always fun but I almost never buy anything at all anyway, so Bilbo wasn't too left out. I just go to look at the fashion cycle. I am very invested, as a former Tripp-nyc pants wearing, retro-alternative doll fashion seamstress.
