You can check out Dollmore.net, their English site, for some very nice flesh-toned elastic strings. Oddly, they don't seem to have S-hooks on the site, but do sell them through their ebay venue. For that matter, there are a LOT of BJD S hook sellers on ebay. Many sizes. As well as elastic sellers (I have been told, though, that domestic doll elastics use a different way of measuring size than the Asian suppliers do - diameter vs. circumference - I think there's a thread on the forum here that addresses that.

A number of Etsy sellers also sell both S-hooks and/or elastic cording. As far as size for minifees, check the fairyland blog files on their site. You may have to go back far to when minifees came out, but they have a lot of size documentation there.

 

I recommend Cool Cat for elastic/hooks. They have a lot of sizes.
