Jointing Best Joint Starters?

    1. So I've finally started to get to the joints on my doll, not enough to string but making cavities and sculpting around. Are wooden beads a good thing to use? I've seen people use beads, but some people say they aren't necessarily round enough to use.

    2. So, you can use beads, but its a pain to carve out the divots where the elastic will go, especially if you're younger and can't use power tools. You can sculpt them from clay, which is easier to put the divots in, but harder to get a completely round shape.

    3. Yeah I figured, the entire reason I even got air dry clay was to help with making joints but it takes such a long time to dry. I'm probably gonna be using the beads to help with sculpting joint cups and then use clay to make the proper joints
