Christian (husky, for those not in the know!) and Sorrow (hound v1) get on like a HOUSE ON FIRE! Oh, the banter they have... jesus. It's just amazing.

Jez (unoa sist) and Matilda (elfdoll catsy) also are great together - Matilda is quite the protector of Jez, despite the height differences. However, I have no pictures of those two together yet! Watch this space.

 

Loki and Kobu are best friends. They have a really odd relationship, and not just because Loki is stuck in the body of a ten year old. They fight almost constantly (usually it is Kobu teasing about Loki's predicament), yet there are moments where some would think that they are more than just friends. ^_~

Crane and Nightengale... My two guardian godbeasts.



I don't have a picture of them together in resin form yet. (They were sharing a body before I sent Nightengale off to have his ears modded-), but as characters, and with one in resin form and the other in "fuzzy" form, they've proven to be more or less inseperable.

They argue and bicker like a pair of old grannies, but I suspect that a threat from the outside directed at one would seriously bring out the beast in the other.

I don't know if they're friends, or a pair, or what yet... and won't until Nightengale is back here at Turtle House with a body of his own... but it's an interesting dynamic.

 

No hugging for these two.

Toshiya and Morgan. . . .

They just seem to get what the other is like and that seems to be enough.

 

Although Hiro and Tadashi are brothers, they are also best friends...



The reason they are such good friends is because for so many years, they had only each other for family. Tadashi was like a brother, a parent and a friend to Hiro all at once. I'm so pleased with how they look together, now that they are reunited.

Somewhat to Shawn (on the right)'s surprise, Jeremiah Blue admitted in an interview for dollicieux magazine that Shawn is her best friend. Given that JB routinely calls Shawn things like "sappy" and "a demented cheerleader", I can understand Shawn's surprise. But these two unlikely companions really love each other. Their personalities complement one another.

It was done as an inside joke between my friend Sam and I ^ ^; However, it's the only picture I have of Cassis and her best friend Jacques the sock monkey, so... >_>;;

My odd pair of friends. The chaos mage and the crazy pyro. In the fanfic/RP setting I draw most of my fandom-based dolls' inspiration from, these two struck up a friendship pretty much based on the fact that they're both very destructive. Flea's pretty much the only one that gets that close to Kefka without setting off one of his million issues. Maybe because, in the "real" world, Flea's even smaller and girlier than Kefka.

 

Ro and Elli are the best of friends. :3

 

BEST friends Lucien and Dante. Lucien is mine; Dante is Christy's.

 

They're brothers, lovers, complete opposites and best friends..Vasiley and Sumiya are both pretty social and love to hug and talk to other dolls, but when it comes down to it, all they really need is each other-for anything.

They've been friends since their Junior year of high school, thats 7 years or so. Gosh they're old. haha.

 

Candy and Zamora definately hang out, they even share clothes! He's so scrawny they are about the same size.

 

Aah, bestfriends Jessen and Kai are mighty mighty close, both in love and friendship. And as for Imikin, she seems to make friends with about everything in the house o_O

Including Little Ninja. (he was the first to fall to her whims after Jessen XD)


Jessen is very fond of her as well ^^ (Kai is as well, but there is a brother-sister relationship/friendship there ) (as for the lack of clothing, blame the heat-wave that was in place when i took those pictures ~~;; )

Dee first met Ysiri when Ysiri was seven and he was some years older. He took him under his wing and taught him to read, and keeps control when Ysiri lets his temper get the better of him.

Kasidi and Shinki are best friends.


They met when Shinki was a bodyguard, and Kasidi was wandering around looking for her little brother. They just clicked and became the best of friends right away. ^^

Nalin and Rail are best friends as well.


Nalin and Rail met many many years ago. Rail was a soldier and out in the woods training, and the pesky wood elf water fae came across him, and just wouldnt leave him alone.. They eventyally became the best of friends.

 

My first doll and my best friends doll, they just seemed to hit it off from the get go. (good thing too, since they shared a carry case on an 8hr trip to an anime convention XD)

Toboie babysits Rain a lot. They have become very close. At first, Toboie wasn't happy about it, but now they don't like to be separated. Rain sees Toboie as her best friend. She doesn't have many friends; she has her mom and dad, then Toboie. Toboie views her as a little sister (no real relation though, just a friend of the family).

 

Prince Lir and Winter his Royal Harpist are best friends, in spite of being employer and employee. Winter is a perceptive and clever person, and Lir values his unique perspective on the ever changing complexities of life in the royal court. Winter loves having a friend who doesn't give up on him and tolerates his occasional depravities.

This is Julian (DIM Persia) and Dorian (Dollmore Amos), my very first two BJDs! I got both of them in March 2006, so they will be six years old next month! (Wow! Time flies when you are having fun!) You can tell they are best buds, because Julian idolizes Dorian, and Dorian is very protective of his little bro, Julian.
