Bare Doll Wig Caps Like Monique Gold Uses.??

You could buy the Volks wig caps. They are white. Usually, they are to keep wigs from staining but I do not see why you couldn't use them to make a wig. Have you tried looking for doll hair supply companies online. I imagine you might find caps if you type in doll hair supply companies. I hope that helps.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, since my two Monique Gold wigs use wigcaps the same color as the wefts.

 

I think what "the clear part down the middle" that some wig companies use is actually silicone or some other sort of plastic with hair individually pushed through it to get that "natural look", and I'm not sure where you can get that.

 

Ah, yeah, that's just a regular wig cap with some modifications. Basically, the wefts are sewn all around the edges, and then in the middle hair is rooted onto a reinforced piece to make it more styleable. I have a few wigs from different companies that use this method.

 

It's just a normal wigcap that had a piece added during the wigmaking process. You'll just want to get a regular white wigcap and do the rooting yourself.
