Negative Feedback Bangarang

I hate to do this but after multiple attempts of trying to reach out to @Lynsey I’ve still yet to get a response since Dec. 1st. Communication has always been spotty and prior to the last response she had continuously missed deadlines regarding my dolls return.

In order for said issue to be peacefully resolved I’d like a response and for my faceplate to be sent back to me in its original condition. Thanks in advance.

My approach wasn’t to harass and it wasn’t malicious in any way, and I screen shots to prove it. She wasn’t responding to my messages and she has something valuable that belongs to me, so naturally I did the absolute last thing I felt i could. Responding to @Lynsey now

 

@Lynsey Has responded with proof of completion as well as a discount for the inconvenience.

I am now currently waiting for a photo of the full head as well as proof of shipment . Once I receive the tracking number I will post a update.

 

Still waiting for a response with shipping confirmation.
I’d really just like my doll head back so that this issue can be settled once and for all.

 

I’ve still yet to hear back with any updates or tracking info from @Lynsey since the Monday before last.

 

Just checked my email. She did in fact email me days ago, but for some reason, her email was automatically sent to a different folder. That’s completely my fault for not having checked my “important” file. I’ll make sure to update this thread once my faceplate has arrived so that it can be marked as resolved.

Also, please mark as negative feedback for the hassle and for not getting a photo of the full doll head upon request. Thanks.
