Bambicrony Q+A down

Sorry if this isn't in the right place. Please move the thread if it isn't! I'm still trying to learn where things go around here. ^^;

Anyway, Bambicrony's Q+A seems to be down. I keep getting redirected to their front page. Anyone have any ideas for contacting them? I placed an order with them SEVEN MONTHS AGO and still have nothing to show for it. I'm grateful for any help you can give.
