I ordered 4x butterfly wings (http://bambicrony.net/shop/step1.php?number=943) from Bambicrony (http://bambicrony.net/index.php) on the 13 June. It has been 2 months and they're still not shipped. Is this normal for Bambicrony? Has anyone gotten their butterfly wings yet? A strange thing I notice is that their QnA board is gone, and their time limited June items are still for sale. I send them an email 3 days ago and have not received any reply yet. I'm rather worry that they have "jump ship" and abandoned shop...
Yes, this has been discussed in several places, including the waiting room, they have gotten a very shoddy reputation the past year or so for being slower and slower at shipping. The QA board vanishing is another way for them to cover up the dissatisfaction of their existing customers, and it looks like they're just not bothering to respond much to the contacts they get now. Others will be able to discuss, but I've been a part of a GO that's been running since January, so while I am hopeful you get your wings soon, I'm not sure that's going to be the case. But I'm not sure they're gone entirely...just don't go throwing any further money at them for the time being! .hlp
LOL heidi I just saw this post. I had been trying to find out if anyone had been receiving their items. I was smart and I screen shot all my Q&A from the old board. Now they have a 1:1 board which I am going to go screen shot as well. My last two questions on the 1:1 board have been totally ignored, no response. I was told our items would be shipping as the last week of July. I am hoping to find someone who knows something, otherwise I will just keep stalking them. My next step is to go straight to email. I am more than a little concerned. Edit: I just sent them an email, lets see if I get any response.
Aw, I honestly wouldn't have hope if you weren't such an awesome GO leader! ^ ^ Seriously, Bambicrony's on the verge of tip-over but they aren't quite there yet (I think), I still hope that they may pull back from the brink; I just don't want to see people keep buying things from them, even if they are pretty... .hlp
A friend of mine from a local forum said that after trying to contact them from time to time, they finally shipped her doll this week. So, I believe that even though they're being slow and unresponsive, they are working on the dolls... or I hope they're doing so. I'm waiting for a Bellezza Carla and would be really worried if they stopped everything... OO'
I´m still waiting for shipping of an order placed and paid on past June 3th., just about some clothes, one pair of ED eyes and two pairs of resin wings!. I´m really angry with their terrible service and certainly won´t buy again from them in the future.
Heidi, I wont be a good Go leader until I get Bambi to send our stuff. I hope your right Abel we have been waiting a long time. We placed our order Jan 3, it went missing April 10, they said they would remake the order July 1 it was supposed to ship July 28th. No reply from 2 board message and 1 email. I will keep posting and hounding until they shut down or I get my items.
Never got any replies from Bambicrony but my wings DID come today. I'm quite happy they did because now their site seem to be gone?
Their site is still up or at least the bambicrony.net site is. I was just on there to check and see if they have answered any of my unanswered pms. They have not. I also have filed a dispute for moderation so I hope they can help get my group order shipped. I dont care about my items as much as I care about getting my Go participants their stuff. It has been 8+months and nothing. Maybe they have stopped answering questions to get orders filled or at least I can hope that is the case. How long ago did you order from Bambi?
As an update. After almost 10 months we finally received our group order. I am so glad I can finally put this nightmare behind me. My Go Group was so fantastic. My advice to anyone waiting is dont give up and continue to hound Bambi until they send your order. My items are all wonderful and wonderfully made.
