Wanted Baby Doll Chateau patterns?

Hi!
I have a DC Hilary, and I'm now trying to customise her, but I am at a bit of a loss to dress her. Does anyone know where I might find a pattern for that particular body type/what sizes of patterns can be adapted for use with DC babies?
I am 200% willing to work with patterns I'd have to buy, because I know how much time and work usually goes into creating patterns...

 

To answer my own question (hope this is acceptable since a few days have past and I've experimented since): it appears that Body 04/05 can wear clothes for Disney Descendants on their top half. Monster High clothes are definitively too small for them. I didn't have any regularly Barbie clothes I could try on, but I tried a curvy Barbie top, and it's too big at the shoulders. My main worry was to find a top that works, because it's much easier to improvisage a bottom of some sort with bits of fabrics and elastics.
DGRequiem from Etsy has some patterns that are made for Disney Descendants and Blythes, so I'm gonna get one and see if that does work.
I'll try to edit this post when I'm back home to show how the different clothes fit on the body, and when I get around to making something of my own, I'll post a pic of that + the necessary modifications to make it fit.
