Here's each of my boys somewhere in the forest behind my house!

Nice theme! I live in the woods right now, so a lot of my doll pictures fit the bill.

I wished I lived closer to a forest, I'd do shoots all the time. I've only managed to do one shoot sadly.

Not a real forest, per say, but my front yard is kinda woodsy.

 

What a great subject for a photo thread!

I visit the same park every Autumn for a photo shoot. The park has several miles of forest, mostly Sugar Maples, which turn an eye-blinding neon yellow for just a few days every year.

I took my Ryung and some of her outfits on a recent cross-country road trip to the Pacific, and took some photos of her in various places. I loved the forests on Vancouver Island - what moss, ferns and mushrooms! I wish I lived closer and could take photos there all the time! Anyway, here's some forest shots from my road trip - and one of my newest doll taken in my backyard.

 

I love shooting in the woods! We have some really nice places not too far from here

 

Okay I cheated, background was photo-shopped in.... it was the dead of winter and we did not want to expose us and the little thing to the cold.

But this was at the City Park in Denton, Tx. 2 week-ends ago.

A mid winter stroll

 

I don't get to do a lot of all-day traveling to state parks or anything, so natural-ness is where I can find it close to home --

Close to a meadow -- one of the few remaining farm fields in an office-park area. Generally fallow until corn and pumpkin season --


And uncut lawns at a huge vacant site can get very meadow-y:


My yard is pretty overgrown around the edges and border a small woods and stream:


In autumn, Acer Ruber (red maple) and the stream/small pond in the background:


One autumn day, I scored shots in the undeveloped buffer zone between two office properties:
