Azone Fashion Dolls!

Picco Neemo is the smallest, right? Is it ok to talk about Pure Neemos too or only the 1/12 lines?
I used to have two Pure Neemos but I did not like handling the body because the limbs come off easily. I also had the same issue with my Lil Fairy I think the dolls are very cute though with beautiful outfits and hair.
But it looks like they have a new Pure Neemo body that was released last year. Do the new dolls come with the V2 body? It looks like it may be engineered a little better.
The only Azone doll I kept was my Mimy Garden Mashiro. I rebodied her to the Picco body with smaller hands and feet and big bust (forget the name of this model) Somehow I can pose that tiny body without her dropping off limbs. She looks especially cute with my BJDs since she is 1/12. she makes a great sized doll's doll for the sizes I collect Even though I usually don't like sculpted hair she's my exception. Her little braids are poseable!

To answer my own question, I went to look it up like I should have done originally
it seems some of the Pure Neemos come with the Flection body and some with the Emotion body.
I might have to give Pure Neemos a chance again, and try out the new body

 

I own the original releases of the Pure Neemo customizable blank female bodies and heads (with the peg-articulation, for removable arms/legs/hands), from whenever those came out a million years ago. I don't have photos of those in my current hard-drive. I also own two full-set dolls from their Asterisk line, AoT Eren Yeager, and Persona 5 Ren Amamiya, as well as three nude boy bodies that still need heads and clothes. I love the full-set dolls, I love looking at them, but most of the ones I love the most are girls and because I already hoard too many mass-produced Western fashion dolls that are females. I try to not hoard the "expensive" females fashion doll ones as well. I limit myself to ones based on male characters I love, instead of just because I find the doll beautiful. I've been able to keep my Azone Pure Neemo hoardage to a minimum that way. I don't know that Azone will continue their Asterisk line, of only male anime characters as fashion dolls. However, if they do, I might need to keep adding them to my small collection of Azone fashion dolls, if they are based on characters I love (Ken Kaneki would be a dream, but maybe I shouldn't wish for him to become a reality, because I already have a BJD fan-art doll based on him, and he's still nude! Lol!). DX

I'm a huge old weirdo, so I keep my "mass-produced" fashion dolls in box, unless I get two of them regardless of cost. I sadly couldn't justify two of Azone's Asterisk fashion dolls, so I never had any plans to unbox these two. Nor if they keep making more, will I unbox any additional ones, unless they re-release any of these two and I can/am-willing-to get them again. I kind of don't feel like unboxing fashion dolls in general, unless I want to customize them, and then I just get the blank Azone Pure Neemo bodies (which just sit and "gather dust" because I never do anything with them, it's the hoarder in me!!).

The one thing I don't love about these is the chibi-fied look, I wish they were more accurate looking in proportions, at the very least with Ren. He looks like he's seven years old, but he's more like 16-ish in the game. If they had released him on the larger male body, he would probably look better proportioned, but the face is probably still too young looking. I can't rebody him myself, because then I would have to remove him from his box, and where in the world would I find the outfit that would work on that body, that is exactly like the Asterisk PA5 Ren one? Otherwise, I really like these dolls. I just wish they planned them a bit better or were more accurate. However, I might be nitpicky. (:

and since she's been shifted over to an aftermarket OBITSU 26 body... she's definitely a Custom now;

 

I actually started collecting the azone fashion dolls before I ended up starting my bjd collection again. I own 8 total.
