By the way, this dress is made by a Chinese company, and apparently in China, they call a full petticoat a "cake skirt." Since today happened to be my birthday, I took photos of the cake skirt

@saraquill That concept for the retouching was my friend's idea. But since I don't have much technical skill, my best approach was to composite a photo of Van Gogh's original painting into the background and reapply an illustration filter to the whole image. I doubted whether it would work properly. In the end, I like it too. I'm glad someone else shares my thoughts (´▽`)
