Hi, I made 2 attempts to make BJD with living doll material. The results aren't so good becuase it's so difficult to sculp body and face....but I would like to show you 2 heads I did. This is Alice! I must modify her mouth that is a bit horrible =P And another one unfortunately I can't manage to make a good body because living doll broke very often >=( Thanks
Living doll is that new type of sculpey, isn't it? Or am I just getting confused? :S I think they both look really cute.
yep, is another scupley type, but it doesn't work for me because it broke very often! so I think I'll buy super sclupey because everyone told me is stronger! anyway, thank you =)
I love the second doll Maybe you should try Premo? Its very strong but not gooey (I hate how gooey living doll was) or you can use Cernit. Cernit is pretty much the strongest clay you can get, and its meant for dolls, but I hear its a bit springy and not for beginners. I haven't tried it myself... Very well done on getting them so smooth!
They're both really cute! I don't know about other materials, but I like Super Sculpey, I haven't had any problems with it yet.
