      Atlanta Ball Jointed Doll Convention LLC is three day event in it’s first year.
      We plan on this being a bit of a party, a bit of a meet up, and full of information, fun events, tons of panels and a whole lot of awesome.
      Our goal each year is to bring you panels/workshops you have never seen before and having doll artists not only from the US but from around the world

    5. id love to go! as its not as far as dollisim.... but being unemployed means the likelihood of it actually happening is slim. is this the first year or?

    9. I live in Columbus GA, so will not be getting a hotel room, but am definitely planning on going for as much time as my husband's work schedule will allow. (Only one car, so we make do.) Really looking forward to the programming and a chance to meet other BJD folks in the area!

    14. I got my hotel room reserved. Very much looking forward to this Con. I had to cancel the trip to Dollism at the last minute.
      It would be great to know about some of the vendors in advance. Is good for planning a budget. LOL!

      I haven't received a shipping notice so I don't think he'll be able to make it to the con. :(
      But I do hope the vendors will have some things I'm interested in so when he does arrive he'll have a warm welcoming!

    33. It's still a small convention, but it's great and everyone was nice and the panels were so much fun. I regret missing the first year, but last year's convention was one of the best ones I've been to that year. I'll absolutely go back.

    35. Yes sorry for the late posting but there is definitely another one.
      This year we will be at the Ravinia at Perimeter right across from the mall.
      We've signed a contract for the next three years and they are looking forward to growing with us.

      We've got a LOT of things planned for this year and I've been listening to everyone's wishes and trying to get as many of them fulfilled as possible.

      This years theme is Circus.
      Think Big Top, think Carnival, think Side show/Freak Show, think Carnivale and Mardi Gras all these pertain and we want you to spread your creative wings and come to the convention and have fun.

      We've got a costume contest with some awesome prizes.

      We have an art contest.

      Giveaways and fun galore.

      I will be posting on the convention in events here on Den of Angels and we will have ads as well on here and BJDCollectasy

      I've got panels planned on tattoo design and implementation, faceup panels each day both with a professional artist and some with the ability for you to bring a doll in that you want to try your hand on. We have blushing panels as well.
      There will be Dolly D and D again which was a big hit last year.

      Con suite will have a cotton candy machine, popcorn machine and will serve as our midway for carnival food.

      There will also be a dinner Saturday with a special grab bag with a one of a kind outfit only available via that grab bag.

      we are still looking for panel submissions as well as donations so if you know anyone who would be interested in doing either pass the info along.

      I am excited and look forward to seeing everyone this year.

      Oh and next years theme is the Light and Dark courts of the Fae.
