Resolved astraldoll7

    1. I really hate to do this because they were so pleasant at first, but I bought a Delf Soony head (my dream sculpt I've wanted for YEARS) from astraldoll7 for $300 (which can be viewed here: /threads/365-–-cp-delf-soony-head-type-1-head-ns.735282/). I made a $100 deposit on Saturday, January 21st and sent the last $200 on Tuesday, January 24th which are the days I had promised. Astraldoll said they’d ship the head that Saturday. I messaged them Saturday evening asking if they had shipped it with no response (though they were online, actively viewing different threads which was shown on their “last seen:” section of their profile). I sent another message Sunday asking, again, if they had shipped it, to which they replied that they hadn’t but would the next day (Monday) after work. I received no word from them on Monday, though they were online and even posted two new sales threads in the marketplace! I decided to ask if they had shipped, yet again, upon seeing this Tuesday afternoon and have received no reply as of now, Wednesday afternoon even though they've been online today. Just last night it showed that they were “engaged in conversation” with someone around 10:35 CST yet still didn't reply to my message! I'm very concerned because communication was great and very prompt before I sent the final payment. It’s been 3 days since my last message from astraldoll7, and over a full week since I purchased the head.

      A full Soony doll was posted on the marketplace and I will be reselling the head, should it ever arrive, to purchase her as I would rather not struggle with resin-matching just the head. The full Soony’s current owner so kindly agreed to hold her for me (before this whole mess happened) until I get paid in two weeks and/or I manage to sell the head, so it's crucial that this is resolved in a timely manner not only for my sake but for hers. At this point, I’m tired of dealing with this as I have a lot going on in my personal life right now, and unless they’ve shipped it and not made me aware, I’d just prefer a refund of both payments. I was being lenient but this is getting quite out of hand.

      I want a full refund of both payments OR proof that the head was, in fact, shipped on the second promised date of Monday, January 30th. These are the only 2 options I am open to. If you have not yet shipped it, do not ship it. I do not wish to continue with this transaction, I'm sorry but I'm extremely upset and uncomfortable. Everything about this is rubbing me the wrong way as I have never experienced this odd behavior during a transaction in the 6 years I've been in this hobby. Again, I’m so sorry I had to do this as you were lovely to work with at first, astraldoll. But this behavior is simply inexcusable in my opinion. I understand sometimes things can come up, but even as a full-time student with a job and chronic illness I’ve never behaved this unreliably or irresponsibly while selling anything, especially not something worth hundreds of dollars. I simply do not understand why you are online, actively viewing things on the forum, seemingly messaging other people, and even posting more things for sale but have been unable to respond to me or complete this transaction. I should not have to be constantly asking you about shipping; as a seller it is your job to be communicative, be responsible, and to check your messages during a transaction. You have done none of these things. Please get in touch with me either on this thread or through PMs so we can take care of this. Thank you.
       
    2. I would also like to add that if you still haven't responded to me around this time tomorrow I will have to file a PayPal dispute.
       
    3. I've messaged astraldoll7 twice since posting this with no response, once shortly after posting this and another time just a bit ago after seeing they were online and "engaged in conversation".
       
    4. @astraldoll7 was last online February 1, and is now being paged.
       
    5. I have messaged cocobash1019 and the Soony head was shipped out this afternoon.

    7. For the time being, this is still unresolved and will remain so until I am refunded in full. They will be giving me the tracking number tomorrow around 10:30 am and hopefully refunding me with the money from another sale in that is currently progress in the near future.

    9. I've responded, I have the tracking number and have been refunded in full :) I think it'd be best to leave this thread open until the head is back in astraldoll's possession.
       
    10. The head arrived today and I'll be sending it back around Wednesday.
