I made this thread but since I have an Asleep Eidolon doll too, I will also fill in the answers.

* What did you order?

An Asleep Eidolon Alex in Normal Skin without face-up.

* When did you order?

Around May 2012

* Did you order at the original company or through a dealer?

I ordered though Think Pink! A dutch BJD dealer.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

I think the price for an Asleep Eidolon doll is rather high for what you get. The resin really smooth and looks a bit shiny. The Normal Skin to my opinion is really pale. The joints are a bit of a pain when posing, but this can be due to the way mine is strung. Not really a complaint but I just think they are high in price.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?

Yes it did Though there are no body pictures of the 1/3 boy body on the original AE site. (or maybe I was just looking on the wrong place?)

* Were you satisfied with the product?

Yes I was. It was packaged well. It had no seams or damages at arrival.

* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)

It took really long for my doll to arrive. I ordered him at the end of May and got him in November. This was because the package got lost in shipping. It was shipped at the end of July but my doll had to be remade, so it took another 4 months for him to arrive. Also, AE did not notice the dealer I bought him from about the first shipment being sent. When I e-mailed the dealer about my order because it took so long they told me they did not know anything because AE didn't notice them about anything. They said they just receive the package suddenly, then sent them out to the customers when the dolls arrive.

Overall it took 7 months for him to arrive.

* Would you buy more from this company?

No, I won't buy from them again. I think they take too long on shipping their dolls, plus don't give notices at all. For the amount you pay for a doll you should at least get noticed about your product.
