Here's my new project (not so new as a matter of fact) : a little asian girl. She's supposed to be an abandoned child for adoption. Hope to cast it soon !

Thanks for your encouraging words ! Alewife : she's 31 cm tall. Enaibi : thanks a lot ! The face up will be very simple, realistic, for which I am not so good. I only hope I could give her the expression I have in mind. Surfacer almost done :

Thank you all ! Some news : my dear stepfather made me the molds of the head : Plaster cast in order to test the molds : A lot of work to do now but I'm so happy about the result !
They are beautiful molds! It looks like they have plenty of vents to let air escape. The first casting looks pretty good! Well done!
What a beautfiul looking mould - lucky girl to have someone there to help you!!! She's a gorgeous sculpt, I really like her size too - she has child-like proportions but is larger than the "main stream" child-scaled JD's..... I cant wait to see her finished in resin!!
