My Iplehouse boy was actually based of a pre-existing character that comes from one of my comics. So uh, something I did recently after finding some time for myself, since I've never drew him singing (I realized) when he is a singer.

 

Hmmm, seeing as both Noire and Amser were characters before the thought of making them BJDs ever occurred to me, I have quite a few of both, so I'll link them! From oldest to newest

I don't have my girl yet, but she's on her way! I'm still coming up with names for her... I was thinking maybe Olive or Fern... But i'm not sure yet. Anyway, i'm thinking of making her like a 1920's gal! this was one of my original concepts for her, and I ended up liking it a lot so I colored it. ;3

 

This is a really basic draft idea for the the character "Kirei" from my story "Lunocea: Moon City Apothecary". Tsukirui was the inspiration for Kirei, who is a main character. She's a chemist and potions master who is super smart, but a bit ditzy when it comes to common sense.

This is an illustration from my book PRINT IN THE SNOW by the most talented Marina Botyleva. The character is the one that inspired my doll Yaret (Soom MA Sabik Elf), and the image is, in turn, inspired by the doll (in his otherworldly incarnation).

After going through this thread, I feel incredibly untalented haha. That being said, here is an unfinished picture of my Molly (TF Olive). I'm commissioning my favourite dressmakers in Poland to make this outfit for her come January, so I am incredibly excited to see this picture come to life! It still needs to be shaded, as the colours are flat, but I figured I would share anyways.

I use my doll crew frequently as drawing models but I rarely do portraits of them as themselves. Here's a pic of Pearl acting as my drawing model for the palm sized manga magazine I'm producing called Pocket. We're both pretty excited about the project.
