I photoshop most of my work, but here's the only one I went crazy on...

i photoshop maybe 80-90% of my pictures but i find i shop them less when i take high quality pictures with my canon, then it's usually the color correction, cropping and sometimes facial expression i change (some exceptions). but i started taking pictures with my phone and have like 3-4 different phone-photo editing apps now... so here is stuff i edited with my phone (i even have Adobe PS Express app! so it's still 'shopping')

My Impldoll Akasha, Dulcie. This image was cropped, and the sepia tone/edging effects were added with iPhoto's basic editing package. I also retouched her joints and blurred the background.

My photos are almost always illustrative in that they are part of a picture story, so most of my photoshop work is pretty utilitarian. But I had fun with a couple the other night, just going for mood.

Love this thread. Until I stop buying new dolls, I don't have the money to buy a decent camera. The one I have [maybe it is me] doesn't let me do much to get a good clear close up. The focus box jumps around...etc. Anywho. So I take most of my shots, which are rarely clear, and play away with manip editing. Here is one example ... ;
