Arrival on a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day... Volks Cyborog003 Chika!

I was having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day... My landlord was supposed to show up to deal with pipes freezing in our apartment(and didn't), which led to a freezing cold shower and water that went off while I was shampooing...and going to work soon!.... My girlfriend had been in another city for around a month and just reported that she had to extend her day and would be missing my birthday... an item I had order on ebay had just been declared lost... and this was all before noon!

Then all of a sudden...I realised the tracking on my Chika had updated and she'd gone out for delivery a couple of hours prior!

There was a knock on my door about 45 minutes before I had to leave for work, and it was the mail man!

...Who then realised he'd knocked on the wrong door and left to deliver a package to someone down the hall... heartbroken, I closed the door, only for him to knock again and show me the slip for Chika! He ran out to his truck to grab her and with little time to spare before work, I rushed through her opening! (I live in Canada, and was also racing against the light at this point )

She's she's here, and she's so perfect!

Chika saved the day!




Ordered the latest Volks news with her too, it's SO lovely!

The arm sockets have been updated! My "newest" yo's were a 1st Rangemaru and 1st Kanon, so this was a pleasant surprise!

I hadn't gotten to do more than unpack her before work, and had lost all the light when I got home. She stayed her temporary clothes and such until my girlfriend came home and "met" her~

Hakkutsuru or "Hakku" now looks like this


Her best friend is a Megohime would arrived a few days ago, so I hope to post more of them Thanks for helping me welcome my little ray of sunshine!
