Rules – before sending your doll
My makeups are mostly semi-realistic. I love painting long haired brows, dramatic lashes and eyeliners, I also enjoy using a lot of fine lines. I can also paint anime-style face ups and vinyl dolls! You can request slight changes but please keep in mind the finished piece will mostly be kept in my usual style.

Applying for the comission:

1. Please always check my rules before commissioning me. I am not responsible for your lack of knowledge of them. Email is a must when applying – you can reserve a slot via Instagram or other social medias but I require email with faceup details.
2. To apply for a commission, you need to have the doll’s head in your possession so you can ship it directly from your place. You can also ask a doll artist to send the head to me — just let me know in advance.
3. Once I message you about shipping, you have 7 business days to ship the head out. If you can’t make it in time, just message me and we’ll figure it out. After that, I need a non-refundable deposit worth 50% of the face up’s price. If you ignore this, you’ll be blacklisted. Please be kind and don’t waste slots that other people could use! Only apply if you’re sure you want the faceup.
4. I do not paint recasts. Please do not ask me about them or send me one. If I recognize the head as a recast, you will be responsible for paying for the faceup and shipping both ways. I will return the doll to you in the condition it arrived in. I may ask you for proof of legitimacy or the history of a doll.
5. I kindly ask that you reply to my messages within 3 business days. Communication is important to me, so if you are not a good communicator, I may not be the best choice for you. If I do not receive any feedback from you after 5 days of completing the face up, I will apply finishing touches according to my taste and wait for the payment.

Faceup rules:

1. I will not copy a faceup by another artist. You can show me faceups you like to give me a general idea of the vibe you’re going for, but I will use my own style and way of painting. Please be aware of this before sending me the head.
2. I don’t do complicated fantasy faceups, but simple designs are okay. Don’t be afraid to ask! I don’t paint facial hair and I don’t do resin matching or mods (yet!).
3. I’m asking for payment just a few days before starting to work on your doll. Without the payment, I will skip your doll and start working on another one, and come back to it when the payment is completed!
4. You will also need to pay for the return shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your location. It is usually around 30$. I’ll also add the PayPal fees that is paid together with the face up fee.
5. The waiting time for a faceup is 1-5 months (from the arrival of the doll to its return, excluding shipping and holidays). However, it is usually less than 3 months. The additional time is my safety net in case of unexpected delays.
6. I will only deliver one set of „in progress” photos, right before making finishing touches and applying gloss and lashes. Please keep this in mind when giving me a description of the faceup, as I cannot remove makeup layers, only add to them. You can always request additional photos, but I must agree to them. I will also deliver a set of photos with the finished faceup.
7. I would be grateful if you could send the doll’s eyes for the WIP and portfolio photos.
8. You must provide me with the company and sculpt of the doll. I also have the right to ask to see the CoA or proof of legitimacy. If the doll is damaged in any way, I must know this before the faceup. I have the right to refuse working on a doll that is modded or damaged.
9. If you do not like the faceup I made, I will still charge you for the materials (half the price of the faceup) and return shipping. I will then send the doll back to you blank, or I can start over. If you choose to have me start over, you will need to pay for the materials and the full price of the new face up. When ordering basic artist choice faceup, you have to pay for full faceup regardless of how do you like the final result.
10. No returns or cancellations once you have accepted the finished face up. If you change your mind after I have already received your doll, you will need to pay the full commission price in order to cancel the commission.
11. I am not responsible for lost packages or damages in transit. However, I will do my best to help you resolve any issues that may come up. Please let me know if you would like to declare the specific value of the doll when I send it back. If you do not declare a value, I will either not declare it or declare a very low value.
12. I would really appreciate it if you could contact me about faceup descriptions via email rather than Instagram. I’m worried that descriptions could be lost in between messages.
13. My makeups are not waterproof. I seal them as much as possible, but please don’t soak the faces in water or leave them in the rain.
14. Imperfections are a natural part of handmade creations. This means that there may be slight asymmetry, small pecks of dust, or other imperfections in my faceups. I do my best to create high-quality work, but I cannot guarantee perfection. Please keep this in mind when commissioning a faceup from me.
15. Please only request a faceup from me if you like my style and trust me to do my best. If you have specific requests that I am not comfortable with, I have the right to cancel the slot. I would prefer that you appreciate my style for what it is, rather than trying to change it to someone else’s. If you do like my style, thank you and I will do my best to create a face up that you love! ❤

Payment and shipping info:
I’m accepting payments via Paypal or bank transfer for polish citizens. It has to be send when I message you, few days before starting working on your doll. You can also request to pay any time earlier! Just ask me.

Shipping time is from 3 to 10 working days, then the delivery depends on the service we’ll use (insurance etc). Keep in mind that international shipping probably won’t go lower than around 20$. I’m declaring lower value at your own risk. I’m also declaring low value by basic if you won’t tell me how would you like it to be.
You can also ask me about other shipping services than the one I’m using!

When you’re shipping to me from outside of the Europe and the package will come with any custom taxes, that will be invoiced immediately. From 1st July 2021 almost every package from outside of Europe is taxed. If you want the tax to be lower, you can set low value at your own risk! I’m also asking for the taxes money immediately when I have to pay!

Additional info for vinyl doll comissions:

1. Vinyl stains easily – because of that I will not take responsibility for my faceup staining your doll under/when you will remove it! Please apply only if you agree to that.
2. I’m not doing mods (yet!). I can paint completely different mouth if possible, operate with the shape of eyes with makeup but I still need to practice modding.
3. My faceups are not waterproof so please don’t soak it in water or don’t leave it in the rain! I’m still trying to seal it the best I can!

 

Descriptions of the two faceup options:

Basic artist choice faceup:

Basic faceup with natural coloured eyebrows and lashes. A neutral expression with pink, red or nude lips, and eyeshadows in natural colours such as pink, brown, creme or light red, more into direction of “no makeup” makeup. I will select the best shades to suit your doll!

Basic Anime Faceup:

Dark brown/black lashes with a soft pink/red gradient on them. No extra elements like stars, flowers, etc. You can choose the expression for this one! Blush lines on cheeks can also be added upon request.

Custom Faceup:

You have most creative control (within my style, of course), or you can provide small requirements like „blonde eyebrows, colorful eyeshadow, the rest as you wish” etc. This includes simple additions such as glitter chunks/pearls, or painting small elements like stars or flowers (feel free to ask!). Eyeliner in various shapes, freckles, or beauty marks are also included, as well as different shimmer effects. For more complex designs, such as tattoos, please inquire as this may involve an additional cost. I can do artist choice here too, it’ll be just with some more twists than the basic artist choice.

Custom Anime Faceup:

Everything beyond a basic anime faceup – different shapes on the face, bolder colors like blue or green, and albino lashes as well.
