* How was the communication?
Excellent. I had several questions for them, and they answered promptly on their message board.

* How easy was it to pay?
Painless through Paypal

* How long did it take to ship?
It shipped out September 19, and arrived on the 23rd. Total wait time was slightly more than a month.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
He's a bit flopsy, and I'm still trying to decide if one leg is a smidge longer than the other, but he looks nice and should perform well once I get him restrung and sueded.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Promo pictures were in tan, I ordered NS, but otherwise yes.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes. I needed a 65cm body and this was the best choice of the available options.

* Would you order from this company again?
Possibly. Depends on how well he behaves once I get him restrung.

It didn't take long, about four weeks.

Yes, the quality of the items is very good.

One of his hands arrived with broken fingers, the company sent me replacement parts ^___^.

* How was the communication?
Pretty good. I did get an answer practically almost every time I asked a question, though it took a while sometimes.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very. Paypal in two payments.
* How long did it take to ship?
THIS was the kicker. They promise fast shipping, and while I did have a special order, I was told he'd ship first about a week after I paid the second part. After that, there was a lot of 'sorry, next Monday' for about a month. Then I got a tracking number, but it never worked...About two weeks later they got back to me and told me there was a bug and he didn't ship, and would ship soon with a different number. He did ship later, but with the same tracking number. He arrived on Dec 22, 2011.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Well, I love him. Only thing that I think isn't all there is this body's locking grooves on his torso joint- I can't get him to actually be able to use them! I think sueding will improve his torso joint and it's not really an issue, but just odd.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes!
* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes!
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
n/a, but they were very polite and apologetic about my shipping issues.
* Would you order from this company again?
Maybe. If they had another doll I wanted, I might wait and see if other people order and have good experiences first, or wait until they're not having an event, or just try a simpler order or one with no layaway... Or just be prepared to wait longer than expected. It's not really a long wait compared to other companies, but it's that they don't make their projections that's frustrating.
