This looks incredible!! Wow.

 

I managed to get some resin samples from them for matching my BlackCherry Dolls head to. I found a colour that will be a perfect match, unfortunately the samples arrived after the pre-order closed so I'll have to wait for the next one to order.

 

Talk to them, maybe they will squeeze you in?

 

I've recieved word that my Idmon should be ready to send in less than a week - I'll make sure to post pictures when that happens, as mine will be in a tan color!

 

Oooh! You ordered a couple months before me, but I'm assuming if they batch cast orders it may mean that my order could be shipping out soon too?! EEE

 

Maybe! The batching may be off due to the tan color I ordered (that's not usually available) but I hope everyone's dolls arrive soon.

 

@ronnie92 Please oh please post your Idmon when he arrives! He's one of my absolute grails but I didn't have any money in the last preorder and I need to live vicariously though you haha.

 

Hello all! Joining this thread to hopefully get one of these beauts someday. I want Nelei on the plus body. Such amazing curves and I think Nelei has such a calm and pretty face.

 

Me too! I’d love to pick up Nelei, especially on the curvy body.

My Ifit has scored the new Supiadoll ballerina body. She never looked right on the April Story body, and the doll I got the Supia body for didn't look good on it, but surprisingly did look good on the April Story, so all is well

PAAAAAAAANNNNTTSSS!! AAAAA! *breaths* What kinda pants are they? My incoming plus size body is a pants lady and I've no clue where to begin because of her big legs/hips sorry to have screamed like that... I got excited.

 

Pretty certain they are Iplehouse leggings in a sort of ripped design but not made by them any more, the Iple girls are taller but as long as they have plenty of stretch will expand out to fit the hips/thighs.

I bought the top in a set with a skirt, it is a little bit tight on her hips as meant to fit a standard SD but not too bad, do think she looks like a woman you would not mess with!

Amazing! My doll was cleared through Russian customs on the 25th so I'm just waiting around for it to roll its way over the border to Finland According to my post's website there shouldn't be any issues, but packages may take longer to arrive due to the current situation. So exited!

@ronnie92 Oh wow, Finland Hello way up there (from USA, Califonia) LOL. Did your doll arrive? How long does it take to receive a package from Russia?

 

Nope! Usually things are pretty swift, but this time the package has been stuck at the border (not yet released to Finnish customs) for a few weeks. It's probably for the better - making sure there's a necessary quarantine period due to the current world situation. It did clear Russian customs yesterday and was admitted to the next step, so I'm hoping it'll clear to this side of the border soon

I'm hoping to take pictures or a box opening video when the doll arrives, but that also depends on how light it happens to be at the time. If I only get to open the package when it's late and there's no more natural light I probably won't be able to wait lol

 

@ronnie92 I also ordered an Idmon in a tan she doesn't regularly have available! Mine cleared Russian customs early last week, but according to the tracking hasn't actually left Russia for the US yet.

I hope you get to take pictures or a video when he gets here, and that your wait isn't too long despite the current situation!

Yah, I think all mail services are backing up due to many people being out. It'll just take a little longer. Hope it all finds it's way to you soon, everyone!

 

I’m sure everything will arrive safely. It’s funny how we wait forever for the dolls and all of a sudden we have a pandemic and they decide to be done! I’m currently waiting for 3 girls in the mail from 3 different countries.

 

I asked about the customs situation, and got an email response that it is in fact due to the quarantine and that they're looking into if there's anything they can do to speed up delivery. I'll keep you here posted if I hear anything specific, but it's more likely that we're all just going to have to wait it out. While it's a bummer, safety is more important right now.

 

My girl went through customs in New York yesterday. So things are definitely moving.

 

It may be your package was able to leave Russia before it got locked down. Please post pictures so we can vicariously live through you while waiting on our dolls lol : D

 

She was last scanned in Russia on 3/28, so that was after yours. They will all arrive safely soon, I’m sure.
The NY customs are always slow and she has to cross the country to get to me, but as soon as she’s here I’ll take pics.

 

Kind of figured that was the case, and strongly agreed about safety being more important. I figure I've waited this long, I can handle waiting some more!

So I came across Argodoll a few months ago and can't get the +size Nelei out of my head. Do you guys know if they re-release any dolls? I've tried looking around to see if there's a second-hand market but they don't really seem to be a popular company at all.

 

He's here! He arrived during the workday, so all I've taken so far are a few quick shots in not-so-great lighting. He's a little lighter than my monitor settings made me think he'd be, but he's still a nice color!



I'm going to edit the photos I took of opening him and post a proper box opening thread sometime later this week, but wanted to share with those of you still waiting! He cleared US customs yesterday (never got an update about actually leaving Russia/arriving in the US), and then was delivered today, hopefully once your dolls clear customs your deliveries will be just as quick!

@ronnie92 He's in resin color G, so H will probably be a couple shades lighter than he is. Honestly, in person, he looks about the color that H looks on my monitor.

Argodoll announced on their IG they’ll be releasing a 1/4 version of +size Nelei and I have never been more excited!

Kinda wanted 1/3 for the sake of having a big big girl, but 1/4 fits with the other girls I have at home!

I... immediately ordered a brown Medea on that gorgeous "plus" body yesterday... I think I sort of stress-bought her, and I already have the perfect character already. I *MUST* stop buying dolls - simply because they're a luxury item that I really don't need and I'm running out of space. Oh my days she's beautiful though - I LOVE that brown resin! I can't wait to see her in person!

 

Huge congratulations @Teruchan and @Antika ! Argonautica's sculptor is amazing, no? I feel lucky to have Ifit, and would love to get her a voluptuous body. Unfortunately,.... finances, LOL. Not that I haven't been spoiling myself on other things, of course, just can't have it all .... yet! LOL

That's gorgeous! I really wanted her, and I pictured her looking a lot like this, but I couldn't quite get the funds together before she stopped making the 1/3 Ifit. I was so disappointed.

 

@IngieBee , it's great to see another Ifit! I've tried various wigs on mine but she does seem to be a natural redhead.

Yah, isn't that funny @phanuel ? I mean, I am kind of obsessed with redheads, but the original Ifit had the red hair and I never could see her otherwise. The person I bought her from in Russia did her faceup for me, for a redhead, so I really don't think I could give her any other color now

Aw, @kiss^the^stars I really hope they will make some of their older sculpts available again. I just love Nelei but couldn't get her at the time either. Such unique sculpts!

 

I hope so! I really like her sculpts, too.

 

I know this is probably the longest of long shots, but does anyone have the boy body and an Iplehouse SID? I'm trying to get an idea of the size difference and it's not been easy....

Hi! I know this is old, but I have been looking to see if Argo has a close match to the Fairyland NS, and I saw you got some resin samples for that purposes, and I was wondering if you could let me know which one is closest? I'm leaning towards cream, but maybe NP is closer?

 

I just got a message saying my Medea head is ready to ship! Wow, that was fast; I ordered her at the end of September. The last time I got a head in the brown resin from Argodoll it took almost twice as long, though granted I got it with a faceup back then.

Hopefully she gets to me safe and sound. Can't wait to welcome her home.
