I ordered an Aquariusdoll Ava in light tan resin.

* When did you order?
January 13, 2013...Right after they opened!

* How was the communication?
Very, very good. They are always so friendly.

* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy!

* How long did it take to ship?
Less than a month. Right on their schedule!

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
No, the remembered everything.

* Would you order from this company again?
Most definitely! AquariusDoll is one of my favorite companies now. I was a little nervous when I first ordered as there was obviously no reviews about them, but I was not disappointed in any way. They are always quick to reply and do so in a very kind, helpful manner. Their box is absolutely gorgeous, and their dolls are out of this world!

* How was the communication?
Very nice and friendy
* How easy was it to pay?
Easy with Paypal.
* How long did it take to ship?
It took until March the 6th. Really quick.
* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
No, everything was there, nicely and securely packed in their nice shiny boxes.

* How was the communication?
Fantastic. I asked, at one point, if they had an estimate for when my girl would be sent out and they told me the exact day that she would be shipped.

* How easy was it to pay?
It was a bit confusing just because I didn't see that you were supposed to click something else to continue to paypal to make the payment...so that was really just user error. :P

* How long did it take to ship?
She arrived exactly a month to the day from the time I ordered her. I had to pick her up from the post office on the 25th because I wasn't home to sign for her the 24th...XD

* Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
Nope!

* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
No problems.

* Would you order from this company again?
Absolutely!

Very good! They always replied promptly to every message I left on teh Q&A board

Very easy (PayPal)

They were so fast! They sent the doll on 24th September, that is 19 days after placing order!

No, everything was perfect

Yes! I actually ordered a Fairy 16 on layaway.

-Aqr Winnie 16 cm in tan
* When did you order?
-February 2014 (during their event after these dolls appeared)
* How was the communication?
-It was good, the company answered all my questions at their A&Q
* How easy was it to pay?
-No problems at all - the company explained their layaway plan and sent 3 invoices for me; I paid with PayPal)))
* How long did it take to ship?
-Quick shipment -as it could be to Russia))

-No! The company even put the eyes I asked!!!
* If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
I know some people say their tanned skin doll (bought when they just appeared at the site) becomes greenish or green spots appeared on it.. I don't see it on my doll still.. Hope it won't be so fast!
