Aquarius Doll 1/4 Doll discussion Part 1

Oh, I love Ava so much. I'm trying to decide if I like her better in tan or white, though I think tan will win. Hopefully I can order one before their event ends.

 

They look really nice. Maybe a little too slim for my MSD taste but I really like their body.

 

I found out about this company today and ordered almost immediately light tan Ava for myself and light tan Mia for my friend. :>

I had to ask them if the resin was korean urethane or french since they had written that the resin is UV protected and I have only heard about french resin that has the UV protection. Luckily they make the dolls out of korean urethane, I don't like french resin at all so I'm really happy~

They are really cute, but I will wait for owner pics to show up first before I make a choice on them. I like the small breast version too!

I think around June I'll order an Ella in tan.

Hopefully they will have their other outfits available by then.

I just discovered these. I'm really impressed with their face sculpts; Ella is just adorable. I'm looking forward to seeing some owner's photos!

 

These are such cuties ^u^ I wish they'll come out with more sculpts soon ehehe~ I really like their body >w> But I was hoping some soon-to-be owners could help me when they get their beauties. I was wondering if the body can or can't slouch >^< It kind of looks like it can't, just like minifees, but hopefully I'm wrong!

 

I like Ella in tan too but I think I will wait for more owner pictures! I just don't want to buy her on impulse! ^^

 

Will someone open a waiting room? We could keep track about waiting times like that from the beginning. ^.^

As much as I reeeeaaaally want to order one right now, I need to wait until someone gets one. I'd be taking a risk anyway as far as resin matching, to try and hybrid my Sist, but at the very least I need to know if they can sit up. I don't care about slouching (I love MNF bodies, even though a lot of people seem to dislike them) but these look like they might have that leaning back issue so many dolls have. That was one of the many reasons I hated the Unoa body so much in the first place!

I like Ava so much! It's hard to make choice, Mia is lovely too. I hope, these dolls will look good together with minifees. Waiting for owners pics, but I think I'll buy one of them anyway

 

I got a shipping message today, only took 2 full weeks for them to make the dolls and send them! They promised that it would take 3 weeks but this is even better haha. Hopefully I'll have some pics to show you next week. :>

I have a feeling that the dolls might look better with withdolls etc that have smaller heads... But I'll take a comparison pic with my Minifee Lishe for daffnia, if no one else has until then.

Posing would really be something I'd like to know more about. I'm trying to work out a general posing ability by looking at the promo pictures, but that's only been helping me so much.

 

I saw these dolls recently in my hunt..I keep coming back to them but like others I will try and wait patiently to hear what others have to say about them to decide (especially since I'm looking for my first doll!). I really like the normal skin Ella, and I'm undecided about what bust size.

I'd like to see some basic posing and sitting. Just what she's able to do.

She looks so nice and her tan resin is so smooth looking, too. Even without posing pictures I think I'll do my best so I can order from them soon. <o<

 

i ordered and paid for an Ella big chested in white skin on the frist of feb

 

I'd be interested in sitting (how far her back bends when sitting), how well her torso joint works and how well her legs can hold different poses while standing (maybe of her standing while one foot rests on something a bit higher). I'd be nice if you could try her out in natural looking poses, too.
And are those really 10mm eyes? They seem to be a bit bigger. ^^

 

Any chance of a headswap with your Soulkid on the N.L. body? Would like to see if the Ava head is an option for the N.L. body or not.

 

So excited to see more pictures of these dolls, I've put in my order in as well for my Ella normal skin.

I just re-discovered these dolls and I'm IN LOVE!!!!! I hope to see a lot of them (owner pix) soon!!! I still want Ella in tan soooo bad!

Thanks for the pictures. They're great. She sits up straight and looks quite natural when posing. I like that. I don't mind her not being able to slouch that much, either. It's just how the joint works.

Oh these pictures are really getting me into ordering Mia on tan... I think she'll make a great substitute for my DD Airi who drives me crazy sometimes with her posing...

And it's quite close to what I'm planning for my two dolls in the future. I'm going for pink and blue hair, the dolls will be Mia and Ella, though. And one will be white skin and one tan skin. ^^

 

Aatos - I am absolutely in love with both yours and your friend's dolls, and I love their dresses. Are they small or large bust? I'm wondering if the large bust would fit ok into slim mini clothes or not.
