Laika was very excited to get a package in the mail addressed to her! It was hard for her to stop being excited long enough to finish opening everything up.



She got to try on the skirt and jacket first. This is her first item of clothing that is not a full dress! She doesn't actually have a shirt to wear under the jacket so I need to make her one whoops....



Laika absolutely loved her flowered dress! It's a perfect summery print. The empire waist and the gather and the fit are all A+. She also got some cute jewellery too!



Laika's hands (???) won't fit through the wrist part of the strawberry dress so I don't have a picture of her in it yet-- I am sure it'll fit, though, given the size of the other clothes! When I have a chance to take off her hands, I'll snap a picture with it on her. But until then, look how cute it is!!! I really love the fabric, ahhh....



Thank you very much, Jessiflakes! Everything was perfect and fits Laika's personality. You made some pretty awesome judgement calls and I was over how cute everything was the whole time.

 

@Dark_Sahara10 : I'm so glad it fit her! I made the jacket to go over the dress actually, but shirts were giving me some trouble so i only made a skirt for her. :/ And the strawberry dress wasn't made by me, but I thought she'D like it more than any of my girls! ^_^

 

@JessiFlakes Ahh, yes! This can be done as well... not sure why that didn't occur to me. ^^;
