Background: She wasn't born to be queen, but it was obvious that she was destined to rule as she is a better leader than her 2 elder siblings. Her sister died trying to kill her, and this makes Elis rule well, making sure that nobody will die because of another's excessive want of power. She also firmly believed in freedom, as her half sister, Jade, was made to marry her brother. Bio: Rachel Dare was a normal girl growing up but she had this gift of insight. As she got older it got worse. She meet Percy at the Hover dam and everything for her came into focus. Rachel had feeling for Percy but they never got a chance to develop because after the fight on Mount Olympus on her 16th year Rachel became the new Oracle for the camp.
