Yes, I have several too and enjoy them a lot.

Many f min e are hybrids though I'm stuck with a limited range of bodies fgor the SD size gang as they're all children and it's hard finding immature bodies in that size (especially for the girls). Here are a few of them I took to a doll meet:

And a few more when I was sewing for them (one cut-up button-down-shirt can go a long way):

I have 3 hybrids.

Crobidoll Lance on Dollstown 15year girl. Lance is technically a male head sculpt, but I wanted mine to be female and picked a roughly 60cm female body. Hybrided back in 2009, when 60-62cm girls were considered tall and less common than they are now.




The girl is Joydoll Lai on 2D68 girl body with small bust.
The boy is Kanadoll Mars on Doll Family-H 65cm boy. His hands are also hybrided - Volks SDGrB.
Joydoll and Kanadoll both sculpt heads only, so hybriding was the only way.

 

I have a couple of them, yes. I just posted a thread to show my girl Morwyn. She's SD sized, a Moonlight Wonder Kirin head on a Spiritdoll body. She's a work in progress but she's getting there. I have a boy I'm working on too but he's not ready for sharing as yet.

 

I have lots! I usually have a particular idea in mind for my dolls' looks, and sometimes the original body doesn't match that. Other times, a doll is being discontinued and I don't have the money for the whole doll, but I love the head, so I buy that and get a body later. And other times, only the head is available (some artists only make heads, finding only the head secondhand, etc.). Not all of my hybrids are popular, and some don't make sense to others (see the text under my username...) but eh. Anyway, pics. I won't post one of everybody, since I have a lot, but I will post some highlights/the weirder ones.

Grendel (left) is a Doll in Mind Galahad on a Soom Chrom body. Kazimir (right) is a Sweet Gale Cyril on a Doll Chateau body. I have other 1/3 hybrids, too: Balor (Studio Naiko Chovi on Volks SD13), a currently-unnamed Switch Holy Seolrok (on a DollZone body), and barely visible in that second link, over that doll's left shoulder, is a Miracledoll Maio on a Doll Family-A body.


Cal (top) is a DikaDoll Amanda (original version, there are others now apparently) on a Doll Chateau old style boy body. Keagan (middle) is a Miracledoll Baiye on a Doll Legend body. Finn (bottom) is a Flower & Junior Yabi on a Dream Valley body. I also have, in the 1/4 class, an Angel Region sleeping Ren on a Volks girl body. I have one 1/6 hybrid, a Souldoll Nova on a DollZone body.

And then there's Franken-Deer.


She is an HTT Bambee head (modded) on a Resinsoul body, with heavily resculpted/modded legs from a Resinsoul Mu, and ears from a now-defunct etsy doll artist called DreamLandDollStudio. And she's dyed, perhaps obviously. I originally wanted to give her Soom hands, too, but I couldn't find any for sale before I wound up working on her. She is the Most Hybrid that I own. If you want more info on the process, she has a project journal thread.

Anyway, I love hybrids!

 

Succor is a MNF Carl head on a Resinsoul body - the carl head is pretty yellowed but i love the faceup so i just deal with the color difference.
