    2. Had to modify the method a bit to make it work with the material, and sorry about the rubbish photo! Modelled by Celli.

    6. Great tutorial! Thanks for posting it.

    7. This tutorial is wonderful! I'll be trying to make a jacket soon. Where do you get your fabric? I've had a terrible time trying to find black and white striped fabric, or any other patterns small enough to fit a BJD, for that matter.

    8. thanks for the great tutorial!! i made a school girl outfit with it!

    14. XD I actually used this tutorial (the sleeves part, anyway) to make my boy a simple long-sleeved shirt. I'd made long-sleeved things before, but I like your sleeve technique SOOOOOO much better than what I had done before...I might be making a coat sometime too so thanks for this A LOT!!

    18. I have been searching for ages to find a good tutorial to make a suit jacket, hopefully it should come out as good as the jeans i made with your other tutorials :) Thanks for the great Tutorial

    19. Ugh, I swear when I get a sewing machine, I'm going to be using your tutorials so much. I've already got another doll planned that I'll HAVE to use this for, since he's based on Beyond the Grave in the video game Gungrave Overdose. He wears pretty unique outfits, and he's going to be an Akando, so yeah, being able to buy something I can use for his jacket is going to be pretty much near impossible. :sweat

    20. I haven't attempted anything yet, but I enjoyed looking at the ways that people used the pattern and personalized them for their particular dolls - such great ideas! I can't wait to try!

    21. Great tut!
      Thanks so much "D

    22. I am truly awed. ^5! Will try these asap!

    27. thanks for another great tutorial
it looks like it will be very useful

    28. ^.^ is this basicly how to do a trenchcoat as well? after my uni work done i plan to work on makin my boy a trench caot bt i just dnt knw where to start O.O

    29. dranzy: You can very well use this for creating a trenchcoat. You will want to, of course, cut it longer than instructed, but also to cut it at an angle outward so that the coat flares outward for a better fit. Try checking out the undead threads trenchcoat pattern for reference (even if it is not the right size for your doll) or one of your own trenchcoats. Some trenches are more flared than others (take for instance a fashion trench for ladies compared to a goth apparel trench for men). If you need any help visualizing it, just let me know!

    30. That's amazing!!!
You might just be the one that is going to get me to understand linings and how to do them... but I have to actually get myself prepared and come back and follow along with the tutorial and see if I FINALLY get it.
I see so many people posting though... I can't be the only one that doesn't get it.. So I am going to try again... Thanks for the "guts" AND the tutorial :)

    31. Great tutorial. The jacket you made in it is very nice I like the pattern on the fabric and the colors.

    33. So I used this and a kimono tut to make..
Lined kimono! Thanks for the instructions... They helped out massively in my quest to make a kimono that doesn't piss me off with fuzzy edges inside ^_^

    34. I think it's beyond my level.
but I'll try it anyways just to see.
      thanks

    35. There are so few gallery pictures! It's a shame. I used this tutorial to make a collared dress shirt for my boy:

      Thanks ragdoll!

    49. When to the good ideas stop, you're a great scemestress, and your tutorials are so easy to follow.

    50. This is just the thing I need! I've been sewing jackets for ages but never figured out how to do a collar like that, so this is just the perfect tutorial! It's so helpful (and don't worry about your explainaition, I get it. Kinda ^^").

    51. Wow, that's great! Thanks for sharing.

      (yay! my first post. :-p)

    52. Thank you thank you so much for these! I've been trying to find a good tutorial on shirts in particular and I love how through you are with everything. I'll make sure to share my pictures with you when I can finally make some clothes. Again, thank you so much!

    53. Wow amazing tutorial! I have a pretty alright eye for figuring out clothes patterns but lining has always confused me and I just love the details and the clear pictures. Thanks alot for this, you sacrificing a little of your time to make this has helped out so many of us! Thank you again! ^_^

    54. Thank you for such tutorial!
      It really helps me!

    55. Your tutorials are the best! Thanks so much, I can't wait to try them.

    56. You make everything look really simple! Thanks for putting this up!

    57. Wow this I definitely need to try. Your tutorials are my new favorite thing. :D

    58. I made a jacket for my Dollfie Dream Dynamite using this tutorial a couple months back, and just never posted in this thread because I'm lame. I did have to take some major darts to make it fit the curvy DDDy body, but it still totally worked!

Please excuse the giant glasses. . . they were from a friend who didn't have a doll on hand to fit them to.

    59. Thank you for doing this great and detailed tutorial. :)

    60. This is the second "anyone can sew" pattern I've found of yours and I just wanted to say they are really awesome. Easy to understand and the pictures are just as helpful!
