Any fantasy 1/5/ or small 1/4 dolls?

Resinsoul specializes in these kind of dolls; unlike most companies, their fantasy dolls generally aren't limited runs. You can also mix and match parts, and they'll also do custom work (extra limbs, extra eyes, upsizing smaller fantasy parts, etc.)

 

I never bought one, but Dollpamm makes anthro dolls in various sizes.
Coral Reef also makes 1/4 and IIRC maybe 1/5 anthros in the "big baby" style, almost chibi-looking.

 

Comparing it to the two shades of white I've handled in DV dolls, I'd say it's closest to DV's Wall White. If you reference another maker's resin tone, they can try their best to match it, though it won't be as accurate as sending in a headcap for comparison. I've asked them to do a custom color to match DV's normal skin before.

 

Gem of doll has fantasy bodies, my 1/4 orion has canine paws and clawed hands. Comes in grey, white, mia pink, mousse white.
Dearmine has a dragon with clawed hands and hooves that is 1/4 as well (their cloud). He comes in grey and white.

 

Dollpamm has wonderful fantasy dolls or maybe dream valley ?

 

I will also add Mister Minou Dolls. But, like Coral Reef, you probably should have a savings set up for one.
I'm always afraid of buying a Mister Minou Dolls sculpt and not liking it once it's in hand. Example: Zorgah is an Orc lady, but she might be 1/6 scale (site's down at the moment). And, you can tell from that and other sculpts that the artist has a really strong point of view. But, on the opposite side of the scale would be something like Gem of Doll or Fairyland. I think I forgot Soom the Gem line.

 

Old timer tip: If you want a company to color match, take a bit of resin into a home improvements store, or somewhere that sells interior home paint, and match their resin tone to a Paint Chip Sample. Take the sample chip, and mail that to the company.
