Very good! I emailed them back and forth several times and always got a speedy response.
How easy was it to pay?
Easy. I paid in three layaway installments via Paypal.
How long did it take to ship?
2-3 days after I finished paying the item off.
Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
No, but...they sent me the wrong head. I received a Terakura A-He head, I believe.
If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
I contacted them and sent a photo of the incorrect order, and was directed to send it back to a specific address and they would ship the correct head after it arrived. Once it did, I was given a second shipping number to track with the correct head, and I did in fact receive it after.
Would you order from this company again?
Prooooobably? I'm not thrilled I had to wait longer for my head, but they did in fact send the right one after I contacted them. But they did correct the issue. I think I would order from them again, but only if it was something I couldn't find elsewhere.
