I don't think any company makes so complex body blushing. There are also cats among Luts Zuzu Delfs, but you would still need to get someone do the customization..

But I think you will have to get them custom painted.
Cocoriang might have some too but they tend to be smaller: COCORIANG

 

Xaga Doll has a "furry" cat, very stylized, but not in tan.

Dollzone's Miss Kitty is a nice yosd sized cat doll! She comes with cute little 'paw hands' but human feet. The default faceup is more like a flame point siamese, if I had to describe it. I've seen some custom tabby themed faceups and striping done to them though.

I find her incredibly hard to pose and dress, though. I am planning to replace her default ears and tail with some homemade fabric pieces to help with her top-heaviness. The resin is just too much, poor thing flops everywhere.
