Hi all! In my introduction I mentioned I would post more photo's of Anna-Rosa. She is in 1/2 scale and is 82 cm tall. I sculpted her with homemade paperclay. Petticoat and pearl necklaces made by me. In the next photo's I just finished all parts (august 2013); and I didn't string her yet While I was sculpting her torso, I thought it would be nice to sculpt her a corset too :-] All parts painted with primer. Sculpting, sculpting and sculpting; work in progress. August 2012: all parts together for the first time :-] See next post for more pictures.
Her head and hand; work in progress. Her hands; work in progress. Her feet; work in progress. See next post for more photo's.
Her torso; work in progress. Testing. I didn't like her shoulders and torso joint, I think the paperclay was too heavy. So I made her a new torso in one piece. See next post for more photo's.
First photoshoot. Anna-Rosa wears childs clothes in this photo. A picnic in the garden. Skirt, petticoat and hat made by me. Another look for Anna-Rosa. Plaid skirt is made by me. Party dress made by me. Bra made by me. Hope you like to see a few of my work in progress photo's of Anna-Rosa. Her wig is unknown company; her eyes are Sunflower 18 mm from Glib. At the moment I have lots of ideas for new outfits and I'm working on her shoes. Thanks for looking :XD
Margo, thank you so much for sharing all those wonderful photos of Anna-Rosa. I would love to see more of the outfits you make for her, and shoes too. (^_^)
She must be so fun to sew for! I love seeing all the work-in-progress pictures. They are very inspiring.
Thank you so much for all comments :XD Reply to sailor's question: I don't know how heavy she is I forgot to weigh her before stringing and now it's impossible to weigh her because she is to large for my tiny kitchen scale When I am going to restring her in the future, I will weigh her (I'm curious myself too).
