Anime Weekend BJD Panels Atlanta 2015

    1. ***UPDATE***

      Convention Scheduled BJD PANELS

      Friday, September 25 BJD meet and greet. 11:45am 12:45pm
      Friday, September 25 Sewing for Ball Jointed Dolls 8:15Pm
      Saturday, September 26 Fur Wig for BJD Workshop 8:45pm
      Im not sure about the panels rooms yet but I will update when I know for sure


      For the non formal Meet Up/ Swap its going to be off to the side of the sky bridge that leads to the hotel and mall across the road. On Friday around 4pm to 5pm or whenever after all it is informal!!! If anyone has a better time or a better meeting area in mind I would love to know!!!!

    2. I am doing the panels for AWA and will be doing a tattoo design panel, a fur wig making class, and a meetup.
      I can post more once I know when they have scheduled them.

    4. teacupdreams Thats great I was wondering who was going to do them after I emailed they inquiring on if they had someone to host them this year. I was also thinking of maybe doing a small swap meet, maybe friday or sunday. I was thinking out by the sky bridge, its out of the way so we can spread out, but not in anyone's way.

    7. Delphy please do a swap meet meetup if you would and post about it on the AWA facebook page?
      Do to a mixup my meetup on Friday space was given to someone so that there will be at lease one panel on Kimono at the convention lol.

      I'll be doing several panels but have' nt seen the schedule yet.

      Do we want to do something Thursday as well?
      I have to do load in on Thursday but that's the start of the convention for everyone else.

    8. I was thinking of doing something on Thursday or Friday outside in the sitting area outside, that way we would have room to spread out and its out of people way for the most part. Preferably in the afternoon I would say Two or Three thoughts?

    9. Never mind just looked at the weather forecast for the con weekend and it looks like its going to be raining both Thursday and Friday so doing the meet outside will be a bad idea. So I'm going to go back to original plain of holding the meet around the sky bridge area off to the side.

    10. I was hoping there was a meet! I'll try to attend with one of my boys as long as it doesn't interfere with any panels/meet ups I have planned. :) And I have a few things I'd be willing to swap for anyone with SD's.
