Shopping Anime Dolls!

Kinda depends on the size you are going for and about how long you are willing to wait? Personally, I'm a big fan of Dollzone's anime styles, but mostly the yosd sizes, while I've had my eye on many of Aimerai's msd dolls. (waiting to sell some of my other dolls before ordering any more.)

As for eyes, I've been making my own using those little glass dome things made for jewelry bits. (forgot what they were called by they do the neat follow effect.)

 

Doll Family H actually just released 2 anime lines (1/6 and 1/4 size) though I haven't seen them at international dealers yet.

Also 2D doll, MYOU, xaga doll, Aimerai, and DollPamm have anime lines, just off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure all of those companies (with the exception of DollPamm, which has its own website) can be ordered through ACBJD.

 

@VentisetteStars - In case it helps anyone, I think the word you were looking for (for the glass domes) is "cabochon." You can find a lot of clear cabochons on Etsy that can be used for eyes. I definitely want to try it in future!

 

I LOVE 2D Doll's anime girls! I want all of them. They have some more old school anime and more modern looks. They're currently having a sale too.

 

ShouShou does great anime dolls, I’ve been eyeing one the last couple of months. They just re-released their Niko doll and can be found on BJDivas. Amerai is a close second when I’m hunting for anime style. If you’re looking for eyes, there’s a couple artists on Etsy that have different styles and colours.

 

There's also SQLab. They have 1/6 dolls that are now sold via either Sadol or Luts. (Sadol bought out SQLab a while back, so the SQLab dolls are under the Sadol tab on Luts.)

Luts has anime style dolls too, though only one is available in 1/6 size.

DollSN also has one 1/6 anime style doll that's available as various quite affordable fullsets. You can also buy it as a nude doll. (I'm thinking of getting a fullset myself. The one I'm interested in is this random fullset, as you get a doll with faceup with random coloured eyes, a random wig, a random dress and a random set of shoes which I think sounds like fun.)

 

Was going to chime in about Shoushou but it looks like someone else already beat me to it. :P Arc Doll also does anime dolls but they're small and difficult to order from.

 

Some dolls from Arc Doll are banned though, so it would be best to be cautious about them.

And I just remembered that Sio2Doll has 1/6 size anime dolls too.
