I had a layaway with Angelesque for an Angell Studio Rong Rong + some wigs/outfits. The doll has a default body, but on the website you can switch to the special body for extra cost. I opted to do that, and the layaway went smoothly. 2 months ago I got a message saying that my doll had arrived, but that several items weren't available and had thus been left out. I could substitute or refund and I chose a refund. But when the doll and the items which were in stock arrived the doll had the default body which is several cm shorter. I contacted Angelesque and they apologised, and said that they would order the correct body, ship it to me and arrange, at their cost, a courier to pick up the default body. That was fine, I agreed. A few weeks later I messaged about the promised refund for the stuff which had been out of stock. I received no reply and the follow up emails have also had no reply regarding the refund. Also no update on the body. It has been 2 months and I am getting worried about the lack of communication. I really don't know what to do and any advice would be appreciated.
I know you've already tried to contact and there's been problems and I'm sorry to hear that. Can I just suggest though, even though you shouldn't have to, contact Angelesque through Facebook. I've had an issue a few months back where Dollzone had sent the wrong ears in my order via Angelesque and contact through email was a little hit and miss. The second I contacted Angelesque through fb however I got much quicker and better responses. I hope you are able to sort this issue soon!
Hello, I received a refund for the missing items however the issue is still open pending receipt of the correct body for the doll. This is apparently still in production with Angell Studio.
