I LOVE AF dolls - but you knew that....

Yeah post lots of pix of him, nothing gets people interested in the brand so much as pix <goes to dig out one of Kefri> There's quite a big thread on Lilys - which was AF's first doll when they were still 'Laidoll - which is NOT the same as lolidoll' I think the name change has confused some people, Angel Fantasy, Dream doll and Laidoll are names that have been associated with these.

I loved my girl from the minute I saw her pic on the screen, and when she arrived.... wow! She is so expressive, and such a joy to pose most of the time.

 

If I remember correctly, LaiDoll still did have one Yin in stock...but sadly LaiDoll has been down for quite sometime now . I'm really sad that they discontinued Yin. I hope you are able to find one in the future Sue!!

Speaking of, my AF Alice has her wig/face-up/mani/pedi now. She's still waiting on her pants/undies, though.

Why did a post about the dolls of AF did not know there was one.

I have an Autumn, was my first BJD and am delighted with it, I like everything ... Well less than sometimes their ankles bend, but other than that I'm happy with it.

I've tried both. Both work, but honestly I prefer low-dome because I like to "tilt" my dolls' eyes to the side.

I'm thinking of making an hybrid with Autumn's head, only thing I really would like to know is if some recently bought doll does or not have an AF logo decal in the back of the head. I personally dont like decals on the outside of the heads (wich seem to be an increasing trend in chinese bjd companies or I just didn't knew they always put those on their dolls :P).
Any way, I will be very thankful if anyone could tell me about that.

Hi everyone. ^ ^ I'm looking into purchasing an Angel Fantasy 1/3 Body for an Angell-Studio Adrea Head. I've been looking everywhere for some resin comparisons. I was wondering if any of you knew of any nice matches to the AF resins? All of your dolls look so cute and well- amazing! I cannot wait to have one of my own. C:

 

I know by friends the normal skin of AF is compatible to the yellow skin of dollzone.

 

My Angel Fantasy msd Alice is coming tomorrow (based on FedEx tracking) ! I am super excited to welcome my girl home and experience my first bjd! It was a surprisingly quick wait time.

I've had my AF Alice sor about two months now. I absolutely love her. I don't have any pics yet cause I'm too lazy to buy batteries for my camera...

 

I bought an angel fantasy betty off MoC yesterday~ ^^ I'm excited~ I can't wait til she gets here. It seems I'll be the only one on DoA with a betty. I'll post lots of pics when I get her.

 

I just ordered Alice, and am hoping she will get to me be my birthday the end of January. I know about the Chinese New Year, but do you think they might have her ready before then? How long did it take for you all to get your dolls after ordering?

Oh, I love your Amber. I may need to get Lily to go with my Alice after she comes. She may need a BFF, and I don't think the girls I have will match her. I now have Narae and Lierre for my MSD resins, but they don't really match either. :-}

 

My AF Betty got here today~ ^^
She's really adorable. I bought her blank, so I did her faceup. She poses really well, altho she's strung a bit tight. He double joints are nice, but it's a bit difficult to turn them all the way. Also it seems that the slit in her left thigh joint is thinner than her right thigh joint so it's difficult for the elastic to go through it sometimes, which it needs to do for her to sit.
The only thing I dislike about this body is the hands, so I'm probly gonna get her some different hands. Also, my girl is White skin.

So few Alices... How come? She's so pretty! I want one too . I almost got one since she was in stock at Think Pink here in the Netherlands, but I was too late, someone else snatched her away

 

I really like the Alice Angel Fantasy dolls from pics I've seen, so it's great to hear what people say about them who own them. I think I might get one, so now it comes down to choosing the skin color.

I got dika doll white skin hands for her, and they're a little bit pinker, but they look sooo much better than the AF hands.

Hello, I just got a Rand secondhand from the MP

I got my Rand last week ^w^ But I actually shipped him off today to get his nose modded a little as well as a new faceup. I already miss him >//<

But here's a photo I took before I wiped his old faceup. He doesn't have a wig yet either buuuut~



I also decided to name him Boris. :3

 

I just got a picture of Boris' (AF Rand) from the face-up artist! I want him home so badly. He slipped away so quickly. His nose was also slightly modded to be less pointy.

I just bought an AF for my first doll. It's the Alice mold and for the event on mintoncard she came with a free head of my choice so I got one with elf ears. I thought the AF dolls were really pretty when I saw them.
