Resolved amber-yuu, is everything all right?

hello! i'm paging @Amber-Yuu. i am still pretty sure this transaction will end positively, just hoping that a page might get them back online!

on february 23, 2020 i contacted amber about an outfit they were selling on the marketplace. they responded quickly and politely, informing me the outfit was still available for $21 plus $4.50 shipping. i asked if it was possible to put the outfit on hold until that Friday, the 28th, because that was when my next paycheck was being deposited. they agreed and kindly took it off the marketplace.

on february 28, i sent them $25.50 via paypal. they didn't respond until two days later, which wasn't a problem because i knew it was a weekend. they responded on Sunday 2/29/20 and said they would mail my package the next day, Monday 3/01. paypal sent me an email giving me a tracking number and i was satisfied.

however, it's now the 10th and since receiving a tracking number, it has not updated. it still says "Pre-Shipment; awaiting item's arrival to USPS." i wouldn't be concerned if it had shipped already and it was just taking longer due to the postal service, but i'm a little worried because it hasn't shipped at all yet and i don't think amber-yuu has been online since the 1st, when they read our inbox messages last. i messaged on the 8th to ask if everything was all right with the package, and again on the 9th to check in.

just want to repeat that this is not negative feedback at this point in time! amber-yuu has excellent feedback on doa and i would just like an update from them on my package

 

amber has responded and gave me a new tracking number ! i'd like to keep this thread open until the package arrives just for accountability purposes if that's all right, as this tracking number also says that it is pre-shipment.

 

due to an error with paypal, the package was delivered to an old address out of state. i am unable to contact the residents at this address, and despite multiple conversations with USPS, there is nothing i can do to get the package unless the residents bring it to their post office and send it back to amber-yuu. amber has refunded me my money very kindly, i appreciate her very much. this transaction is resolved.
