New Ordered a Lucio through the website early February, and the shipping time on the listing said waiting will be around one month...
When I reached out to them, order got postponed to "end of march" and now "one more month". So, I guess, it should be something to consider when ordering, especially if you want a doll for a specific date and think you have "plenty of time" for it to arrive

 

New This happened to me. My 1 month turned into 2, and eventually took 6 months. The wig was gorgeous but there are sections that looked rushed with wig cap showing and locks that are glued out of place, that I cannot fix, right in the front too. For the price, I probably will not commission again. I would still consider in stock items though. That way you can see the pictures of the actual wig and you know it'll ship much faster.

 

New I see nothing has changed with them. I was contemplating ordering a wig but I guess I go looking elsewhere. Matches exactly my experiences from a few years ago.

 

New He is on his way now, the shipping were not delayed by much. Last tracking update were the 21st. So now I'm just waiting. He's worth it for me because he feels so much like my OC from back in my Sims days. A very important OC.

 

New I have purchased a number of wigs but I learned quickly to only order the in-stock wigs.

 

New I'm considering ordering an in stock doll and wig. Are they quick to get them posted out?

Also what are the 36cm range of dolls like with posing?

I actually can't remember how long I waited before my not in stock Jamie head shipped. Only that it weren't that bad of a wait.

I have waited way way longer when I ordered certain dolls through Alice's Collections in the past.

And when I ordered through their Etsy site they were always very quick to answer and very nice. So I would say my experience been pretty positive.

Hopefully you won't have to wait too long as well. But long waiting time or not, if a doll is worth it I'd be willing to wait a bit. Their dolls are so pretty and good quality I've heard

I don't have a body for him yet though. I just wanted him to arrive first so that I got him and safely can do a body order next up.

 

New I’ve been waiting for two wigs that I ordered the first week of December2025.

Yes, when I’ve ordered in-stock wigs from their etsy site, the shipping has been
quite quick and the quality was always very good.

I went with different eyes for the second image, didn't notice the other ones were a kind of purple. Didn't have the best light when I chose eyes earlier

Just one thing, idk if I have eyes that fit well or not but there's a bit of white on the sides of both eyes and it bothers me a bit.

I don't do doll faceups or customizations myself so Idk what I can do about it. What do you normally do when there's too much white showing on the sides?

Is the white part the inner eyelid surface? If so you could touch it up with a little bit of paint/pastel. I usually paint the inside of my doll's eyelids with pink and tan to make them look like a real eyelid.

Yes the inner eyelid surface. I were thinking blushing would most likely be the answer, but I'm even afraid to do that though as I don't want to end up messing up anything on him.

I guess I could check in with my Norwegian doll forum if somebody there takes a blushing job. I have just today ordered his body from Dolls Town, it would be a good opportunity then to have the eyes fixed while sending the body to get blushed.

It feels a bit safer too, knowing he'll be going to somebody in my own country rather than far away.

Looking at the picture I think you need larger eyes with a small iris. You also use silicone ear plugs to set the eyes as they are not a bright white.

Ok, I'll check Etsy for some. I did some Google search on silicone ear plugs, and what showed up I'm unsure if that is what you were referring to. So many different things showed up

Edit: I think I get what you mean. Mack's Silicone Earplugs. Somebody suggested those on another forum. And I tried 14 mm glass eyes and they worked, all that white gone.

Now I just have to order him 14 mm with smaller iris. I have no idea if he should have green eyes, blue or warm brown.

 

New I like green eyes with red hair but any of those colors would be good.

Best image I were able to take of my ginger guy. He feels a lot more like my OC here Still I will have to order new eyes later.

My order got shipped, but I did have to do some back and forth through the email with them to make it happen (amadiz were very polite and friendly all the way through though, idk if order timing was affected by me writing to them or not. I'm thinking it was, because now it will arrive just in time for the date I mentioned if the shipping doesn't get delayed.)

Congrats I think it were on Reddit but somebody suggested that I order my Jamie through their Etsy store. They said it would be much easier to reach them there. So that's what I did, I just klicked their custom order button. And they would answer me quickly with what ever questions I had.

Eventually I'll ask if I can have made the same wig Jamie wears in their green sweater images, and although I do have an account on their official site I will order through Etsy again.
