Body Comparison Alternative to ID72 body

I saw this and thought, "Wait, the DFH 75 version 2 body is actually 79cm? On Alice's Collections it says it is 75cm with the head." So I checked their official taobao listing for the body, and it indeed says the measurement with head is 78cm and 70.5cm without the head. Alice's Collections has the information unfortunately wrong... Since it was already like this, I checked the rest of the body measurements and most of them are also slightly off.

This is Alice's fault, and if you still want a doll that is 75cm total with head, you should still be looking at 75cm bodies and not 72cm. I'm sorry this happened to you, I wish you luck in your search.

 

I did a bunch of research for something similar but didn't find much around the 72cm size with a neck circumference large enough. Finding shorter 75cm guys is hard.

The DK75 and 2D75 I actually just received recently. Unfortunately the DK75 is larger than the ID75. There was a comparison pic on their IG.

2D is actually a bit shorter than 75cm with the head. With a head, my boy is roughly 73cm.

Maybe the Telesthesia doll 75cm body? I think it's supposed to be 69cm without a head and you can do 12 or 13cm neck. Doll Parts, Telesthesia - BJD, BJD Doll, Ball Jointed Dolls - Alice's Collections

 

All of the Impldoll Idol boy bodies are in the 72cm range with 12 or 12.5cm necks! And they color match. I've never handled any of their boy bodies, but the Star girl body I've handled held poses beautifully.

 

I’m glad they helped! He really is well sculpted and nice to look at.

So far, they’ve been equally poseable. But if I had to choose, I feel like the DK holds his positions a little bit better right out of the box. I haven’t had time to do anything more involved yet but I do plan to test out his range eventually.

I also plan on wiring all my guys and their jointed hands to ensure the most poseability.
