So my first Minifee character, Neoma, has gone through a few iterations. I dyed her my own blend of tan and gave her a decent faceup. But I wanted to tweak it and in doing so, some of the dye came up with the acetone. Re-dyeing too many times made the color muddy. Oops! So I purchased another Minifee Alicia and tried again. 2.0 was great! And I still like her. Though after collecting a few FL dolls in tan, I’ve grown to like their blend better than the one I did. So I ordered yet another Alicia, this time in tan. Lucky me, she was in stock at DDE! Short wait later and here she is! It’s been a while since I did an Alicia! She is definitely ones of my favorite sculpts A few layers of pastel blush. Awful lighting lol it was getting dark outside. But she is so close to being finished! Just need lashes and gloss. I will finish her tomorrow
I really like the creative take on the lower eyelashes! They look almost like an intersting tatoos. Such a pretty girl If I was ever to get a MNF doll, Alicia would be in the top-three considered, really like her face. I have respect for anyone who dyes their dolls too, so it's nice you've experimented with her before deciding on a company resin
Thanks! I was inspired by anime style dolls. I like the cartoony look! And thank you again! I think I've dyed about 6 dolls plus some extra hands and feet. It's fun! Except the unstringing and restrining lol I baby my customs. @silmaryel
A look through all Neoma’s faceups: 1.0,1.1,and 1.2 At this point her color was muddy. I noticed my latest version has similar eyebrows to very first! 2.0 and 2.1 One new head later lol I added a little smile since her eyebrows were quite serious. 3.0 And the latest version of Neoma! Thanks for looking!
She is adorable, I love your work on her faces. Her first was really nice, but to be fully honest my favorite is her last one!
